Dialed this number back.  They are soliciting electronic publications.  You can leave a number that they promise to remove from their list within 24 hours... don't know if it works, or just adds to the mess.

Calls 4-5 times a day like everyone else but leaves no message.  Isn't this what we have voice mail for?

It's a magazine subscription service of some kind.  They called me for several days (I don't answer unknown calls) before finally leaving a message.  The call was to renew a publication subscription I allowed to lapse.  The publication was reputable, so I'd hope the service they contract with would honor any requests to be added to their do not call register.

Automated system put me on music hold until a rep came online.  They wanted to confirm whether I wanted to continue receiving a trade magazine that I had been sent free after attending a trade conference.  They were legitimately representing a company from the conference, and I have no reason to believe that they won't remove me from their calling list as I requested.

getting calls from this number several times every day - never leaves a message

Calls 4 or five times a day and is always a hang up call.  Very annoying.

got three calls..one to my cell phone..two to my work phone..disconnects after a brief time...

Every day 4 times a day my cell phone rings and it is 800-580-7611 or 888-371-5640.  This has been going on since Oct 1 2008, it is not Nov 06, 2008. I've never answered the call and still don't. Out of all the calls one once, was a message left and it was a recording to call yet another 1-888 #. I have not and will not call it.

Interesting they did exactly what is described by Dee on 9/19/08.  Asked for an individual I do know but has no association with our phone #. Then asked if this was the organization from where I know that individual. We are not that organization, but have had business dealings with it in the past.

Beware...these guys have stolen information and are using the name of a business that you are familiar with. They ask for certain information in the attempt if being able to guess passwords, or the security question you have associated.

You need to firt register with the National Do-Not-Call Registry - https://www.donotcall.gov/

Then File a complaint with the FCC.  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Also, hangs up just at 3 rings, so I never have time to answer it and ask them to STOP CALLING.  I never get voicemails either.  Mine is a new cell phone #, so I'm concerned that I'm getting calls like this so soon after getting this new #.

Calls several times a day (maybe 3 or 4).  Very annoying.

The number calls 9 am in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon in a row at 3P.M. They hang up and never leave any message but call daily.

Halo Breast Pap Test is what I hear..then hangs up.  I wish I knew the maker I would call them direct and tell them they are harrising people the phone company should do something but, which one do you call to complain?

This phone number keeps calling and harising this business...

Calls once or twice a day. As soon as I answer, the phone disconnects. I don't even hear the hang-up. This has happened for a few weeks now.
