Anyone receiving these cards should go to the US post office and give a copy to the clerk and request that the matter be given to the postal inspectors.  This is mail fraud.

I just got one today, and it was addressed to my husband, said their records indicate they have been trying to reach us to arrange a delivery (very important). Call between the hours of 9 & 7 and will arrange delivery with a written in Delivery Code, same address, but a home delivery to us.  Has a 210-591-7182 call today phone number. My husband & I also just bought a new home as well, looked authentic enough with the written in code, needless to say here also, if they really wanted to reach me they know my phones numbers...in the trash!!
Thanks for your post

You are a complete idiot, you cannot even spell correctly, it is people like who who "assume" something and have no idea what you are even ranting about.  For you even posting the words fraud, and scam against a company publically, without proof, you are setting yourself up for legal issues, but with your IQ level that you have, you would know that already, go back to your Gameboy.

My 85 year old mother received a postcard with this telephone number telling her they have been trying to reach her about a rewrad opportunity. She has been selected to win either a Walmart gift card or a gasoline card good at Exxon, BP or Shell. She does not live in a home but an assisted living facility. I will call and plan on filing a report about defrauding the elderly.

Apparently these crooks are expanding, but using the same M.O.. I also got a card from EMC Delivery Services in Houston, TX, I live in theGalveston Bay area. Card said they had an "Important package they were trying to deliver" Didn't say what. As I operate my business out of my home office I frequently get small packages so I called the number on the card & was told they needed to test my water & wanted me to meet them there. I said no way Jose, the city tests the water regularly & hung up.. I too bought my home about a year ago. They are apparently obtaining the names & addresses from the real estate sales records. If they ever do show up, I will probably let my 40 caliber S&W do the talking for me this time..

I also got a card and you can log a message with usps on the link below:

https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx

Here is the message I logged as a complaint with USPS. If you want to deal with this issue rather than just dispose of the card, use the link above:

I received a card (bright yellow in color) in the mail from the company referring to "Delivery Message" with the text below:

"Our records indicate that we have been trying to reach you to arrange for a delivery of an important package for your home. Please call us at your convenience and we will deliver it to your home. Our business hours of Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 pm and we arrange delivery promptly. Please call 1-888-265-5068 Today.
Delivery Code: NN-1111"

Please reference the url http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-888-315-3292 for what this company/set of individuals has been upto. They have also been calling my home phone. I do not know who this company is and I did not call them back after receiving this card. The url will provide details on other people's experiences also about this card their phone calls. I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for a long time so I don't know where they are getting these contact details from. Please let me know if you have any questions OR if you want me to send you the post card OR a copy of the post card.

Thanks.

Got a call from this number, welcoming me to the neighborhood, and as a housewarming they wanted to meet me one evening or weekend to test the water in my new home!  I had several missed calls from this number also.  Then I got a postcard from EMC Services saying I had a delivery waiting.  Googled it first and found this info online

I called this "delivery service" and they gave me the same crap. I told them to take their bottle of Tide and....you know. Then I called back and asked them for their company address, they gave it to me.
http://emcaquapro.com
This is actually a water company claiming to be a delivery service and also claiming to have sent someone out to our houses to deliver a very important bottle of Tide!!!!!!
This POS operation HAS to be illegal. Any lawyer people that can help?

If your filthy company were honest, and your "product" had any real value,  you wouldn't have to run the slimy fake package delivery ruse. Fact is, water filter scams have been going on for years, it's a little amazing that you can still find suckers especially with such a disgusting, dishonest tactic.

Does your mom know you trick people out of money for a living, or did you soak her for one of these overpriced pieces of crap too?

I actually have been waiting for a package that was lost in the mail and thought the card I received from them was my lost package.  This postcard came from EMC Delivery Services at 7322 SW Freeway, St. 420, Houston, Texas.  I called them and gave them the tracking number that was on the front of the postcard.  I specifically asked who the package was from but he couldn't tell me until I gave him all my information.  I got frustrated and asked him if he had a package for me or not?  He then tries to sell me some water purifying system and offer me a free TIDE product that would be sent to my house.  This postcard is complete fraud.  I took the advice of the post above and sent a complaint to the US Postal Service.  Here is the link:  https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx  Everyone should do this so they can get investigated and shut down!  It's very deceptive!!

I got the same exact postcard, 7322 SW Fwy, Ste. 420, Houston.  They're a little delayed, as we've been in our home almost 2 years.  I knew I could count on others to post if they'd gotten something similar -- thanks so much!

the   "  we  have a  package"  scam   is a  old one and  has  been  going  on for  awhile......

the  take  is  that  there is a   " mysterious"  package  waiting  to  be  delivered  to  you...BUT , the  delivery  company  requires a    credit  card and  related   personal  info  to    "  complete the  delivery  and  get the  package  to  you " !!

they  have   used   USPS /  UPS  AND  FEDEX   for  this  scam... ........  NO  COMPANY  requires  a   credit  card /  bank  account  and  related  to  deliver a  package !

sometimes  they  will call you  claiming  to  be a    rep  from  UPS  or  fedex  etc....(   but of  course  they are usually  from  another  contry and  can't  speak  english  very  well ) .........

I got a postcard in the mail yesterday that said EMC Delivery Services 7322 SW Freeway-Ste 420 Houston TX 77074 with a paper airplane underneth it and on the back it said they had been trying to  deliver an important package to your home. There was a local 281-203-0579 phone number asking for me to contact them between the hours of 930am and 730pm M-F as well as a tracking number. My husband and I as well just purchased a new home and the card looked like a scam to me - I tried looking this place up on the internet before I called them tomorrow and this is what I found - needless to say the card went in the trash Thanks for all the posts

Got the same card.  They were clever and used a local phone number and then transferred.  Same message about free Tide and water testing.  I declined knowing they would surely find something "wrong" with my water to sell me their whole house filter system.

Yes, I'm from the Houston area and got the same yellow card, the name of the company that was associated with the return address is "Enviromental Distribution". I too just recently purchased a new home. Its crazy, I have gotten so many fraudulent correspondence since we moved in from various companies. Everyone, please Be aware, don't respond to or give your personal information to any of these people!!
