Miranda called my 17 year old daughter trying to find me said they were putting me in jail for a bad check..... I called back cannot get a response from anyone.  Also phoned the county I live in and nothing has been filed there!  CRAZYYYYY

I received this today too.  She threatened to have me arrested.  Says it was from bad checks - 2 against me.  I said I am entitled to notification in writing.  She says she doesn't have to tell me anything she just locates people.  She said her name was MIRANDA HARVEY and I could put that in big bold letters.  I asked her again what this was regarding and she hung up on me.

I received the same type of phone call from them. The payday loan that they say I was responsible for was processed back in 2003.  So ridiculous!  These people are certifiable scammers!!!

They are calling saying they are going to bring a court summons to me.  Didn't sound right but I listened.  I asked for something in writing cause they are saying it is back in 2010.  Who remembers that.  I told them internet payday loans are illegal in Kentucky and no court would back them.  I don't even know the name of this company - ABC Payday Depo???  Then they put me through to this other crazy women that won't even let me talk and she tells me she will call my HR Dept.  I told her again I wanted something in writing and she continues to yell at me that she doens't have to do it. so I told her to go on. Do whatever.  I'm so sick of these scammers calling and trying to freak you out with their phone calls.  It should be illegal.
