i just started receiving calls from an unknown number telling me to call 1888-317-1772 about a claim filed against me i did call and spoke to a david and he could not give me any info but expects me to pay him money without producing any proof or why or anything ADVICE?? COMMENTS??? says i can be taken to court with a plea of guilty for not cooperating???

this is the 2nd time i have gotten a call fron 1888-317-1772 telling me i am being sued with a case number in king county no info on what i am being sued for ......and i have 48 hours or they will enter a guilty plea for me due to lack of cooperation  a sarah blake claims she is a process servor for king county......wish these scam artist would be held to task .......why are they not investigated...??

I got a call 2 days ago and today. Some fool said she was Tina calling on behalf of attorney David Kelly.wouldn't tell me any info but gave me last four of my ss#. Wanted me to confirm my personal info such as address etc... told her if she was legit then she would know my info I wouldn't need to confirm.  Then she got smart and said we already know where you live and work. I then told her she must be crazy if I'm going to give her my info and I don't know who she is. She then says are you still in the same county.  I again told her she should know if she was legit. They have called me several times over the last 2 yrs and with the same song and dance which I am not falling for. It is a scam .....same threats about papers will be served in a few days. Still no papers.....

DO NOT GIVE THIS FOOL ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION- several ladies called by the name Tina Frank & Miranda James said I was being sued by Law office of David Kelly- He is NOT an attorney- when I call him back he says he is JUST the mediator for the other party suing me- he told me I could just settle with him right there & just to give him my CC#- He would NEVER give me the actual so called people who are suing me he had NO contact information & he will NOT give you any info on himself- HE GETS MAD & panics when you start to question him & then will hang up on you- He is a JOKE- he is scamming people for their CC#'s- He has 3 different #'s he uses & all three #'s you get his same voice recording- I called him for 2 days straight back to back to back- He didnt like the tables being turned on his a**, I called him so many times and left so many crazy a** messages that he BEGGED me to just stop calling him & then he blocked my # from all three lines so I could not harass him anymore- I called from another # & I didn't leave a message, he didn't know it was me- however he called back & left a message asking to phone him that he had been in court on a case, HE IS A LIAR- he told me I was getting papers served, but I never got those & he said he was calling the sheriff on me for harassing him, I never got a call from any sheriff- The REAL David Kelly Law Firm has been looking for this Jack*** they have had many ppl from all over the US calling in regards to his calls & they are told the same thing by each person who calls them- DAVID KELLY is NOT his real name Some of the #'s he uses is 888-317-1772, 877-433-5509, 866-461-3015 ALL the #'s belonging to the  SAME A***OLE who calls for your CC#, but HAS NO idea of the laws in each state or how to conduct business or even how the court systems work- for over 2 weeks I was left messages saying court papers will be filed in 2 days- NOTHING ever came-

Yea, finally this so called "ATTORNEY" David Kelly, finally called me back- he said I was being sued for what I owed on a CC FROM 2006! He said I owed them $400 & I will have to pay all the court fees totaling $1950, but that he could settle the matter now for $284.78! I was like ok what is your address? He was like no I can only take a CC#, he actually put me on hold & told me he was talking to some guy bout my case- However, when I ask him who is this guy & whats his number, he couldn't give me s%$t. I said I have NO idea who the hell you are & I'm not giving my CC#- I said that these bi****s that keep calling my number leave me messages saying that court papers have already been filed & I said, however I called DALLAS COUNTY COURTS & they have NO records of any case against me & I also told his a** that I called the real David Kelly Law Firm in Ft Worth who has NOTHING pending against me & this law firm has had several calls regarding this guy who says he is David Kelly! He then replied by saying "Oh no the papers will be filled on Thursday, I told him I would call him later that day after I talk to my husband & he said I won't be here later & I said then tomorrow, he said I won't be here then either- I was like how come you don't know s*** bout anything, but you want people to just give you their CC#? I said who is it that is actually filing this case against me? HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW! He was like Gallagher Law Firm &  Nationwide Recovery Group & then it was Dallas County Processors- So, I find it funny b/c they were supposed to be serving me papers @ my house & I'm still waiting & I have yet to get a phone call from these people today!

Vanessa keeps calling my cell # for someone named Brenda Price. I am not this person, I do not know this person and I am getting sick of the calls. Called them back and left a message that I am not the person they are looking for and to please remove my number from her information. I have had this number for almost 3 years and the calls started about 6 months ago. What a bunch of SLIME BALLS!!!

I received a call from this number And was basically told by some rude individual That I was being sued for having a credit card From 2007 that was never pai be information on this kind of thing... so what will I do now asserted I know my right encounter harass them if they arrest mecause they claim I owe a credit cardd... this David Kelly told me that I was being sued and or charged with fraud what a clown he basically is trying to bully me into paying on a debt that was probably about $300 and I have a think they can get me for 3300...
He told me the paperwork is being filed in my county To sue me And then I needed to pay this debt... well darling the statute of limitations expired 2 years ago... nor are they entitled to any money from this debt... it was not their account to begin with they bought it con info on this thinginfoisumers you need to know your legal rights... the internet is full of info...try me fools please take me to court so I can countersue ....Jesus loves. I have had the same people calling me, they say they are from the Dallas County Processing & papers have been filed by attorney David Kelly, they don't say what it is in regards to or how I can reach them they just leave a call back number of 888-317-1772. When I call I have to leave a message for David Kelly. I looked up David Kelly attorney & this law office said they have had several calls saying the same. However, they told me that they had nothing pending against me. I also called Dallas County & spoke to several people & nothing has been filed & even did a online records search of the case number they left on my phone & there was nothing. So, I'm not sure who is calling me or even why~

I am getting calls from this number they call restricted and leave a message and when I call it I get this number is not in service.

Caller named Vanessa Paul with Independent Processing left a message that a complaint had been filed against my name and SSN with her office and I or my attorney needed to contact the offices of David Kelly as they were the firm handling the matter and their number is 888-317-1772.  It would be in my best interest to resolve the matter immediately.  When calling reference pending docket number xxx-xxx.  She never really states what the legal matter is about.
