These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Energy Audits, Cruises or Timeshares. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.

if you want to hear their BS 'debt relief program' which is nothing more than you stop paying the credit card then they send you to a debt lawyer via WORLDLAWDIRECT.com  to help keep the collection agency off your back from not paying the credit card they now want you to stop paying after of course they charge their $800+ fee.
block your phone number so they can't trace your call before you call them.
Give them a phoney name,  have about 8000+ in debt from a credit card.
Give them a phoney credit card  number. which you can look on the web search to find a credit card generator.

these idiots call me everyday as ANN or RACHELI gave them a phoney credit card number and they put me thru to a 'real' person and number instead of the spoof number you can't trace.

Called 7/27/12 at 1:35 PM.  I'm glad my phone company intercepts these scammers.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Missed call, no message

I have asked to be removed from their call list.  They said they would but persist in calling anyway.

The height of insult is if you listen to the options you find that you can press "9" if you want to be taken off their list.  Guess what: It doesn't do anything!  I've done this probably 10 times and the calls keep coming.

Stop this insane practice of calling repeatedly for no reason.

Calls almost everyday including weekends. Rachel from card holder services is how the caller is identifying the caller.

Like some self-perpetuating, toxic bacteria that will never be on the side of life (or go away), this outfit spreads itself nefariously around via robo-calls w/ changing numbers.

Unwanted recorded message concerning "lowering interest rates on credit cards" which doesn't even apply to me.

Need to find these people and put a bullet in their brain and burn the bodies beyond recognition.  If they have children, need to find them and kill them and burn their bodies as well.  Kill the larvae and there won't be any more of these parasites.

its harassment. shouldn't be allowed. There needs to be a no tolerance policy toward this kind of harassment from any company. If its a one time deal and they don't call back, thats one thing but to constantly call all the time even AFTER people have then on a no call list? that's harassment

they got you too, huh? these ----'s have harassed me for years now on an unlisted number. I am at the end of my rope with this. The attorney general's office in my state can't do anything because these people use so many masked numbers they can't be tracked.
