Got a call from a man "Jared McCain" Looking for my ex-husband, referring to a claim # *****018. Said that this was an official "notification" call that unless he called back within 24 hours, further action would be taken on his claim. When I called back to let them know this was not his phone #, They answered "United" and a woman took the claim number and apologized for having bothered me. I hung up, 10 seconds later a call came in, asking for 3 different names, when I finally said no, you have the wrong number this is ****** the phone hung up. So now I'm assuming they have my real name and I will be getting some weird calls like this too....Damn Scammers.

Lady called and said she needed my daughter to call them.  They told my daughter that she owed 2900 dollars she got thru a web loan and she needeed to give them her bank card # to  pay this loan, which she knew nothing of.  What a joke these people are.

Got a very nasty voicemail from a John Black that i was going to get served some papers and they have called my job, my children and my cellphone.

I receieved a call from an unknown number of course I let it go to my voicemail, the message told me to call 888-317-4762. it said I. had a bad check n they was going to send my papers back to the court. so I called,got a recording  refering to themselves as ncs. press one to settle out of court, press two to contest, needless to say they never answered it just kept ringing. I got on the internet n crosschecked the number n I found this site.  this is the second time this happend. the first time I talked to a woman being really nasty to me threatning me with court, jail. needless to say I called my local police dept n they told me it was a scam that was 2 months ago. my advice is dnt answer unknown phone calls n know this one is a scam n a half.

A woman just left a message, without identifying herself, and told me she was calling about my brother writing a bad check.  She said that he was going to be served papers at his home or place of business and wanted me to pass on this information to him and for him to call her at 888-317-4762.  Also, that this message counted as notice served.  Scam

Got a call from a Morgan Jame's and said the same thing about a bad check and in 2 to 3 hour's come to my work or home to issue me paper's to show up in court. There's are people that try to collect on very old debt's. I haven't wrote a check in 4 yrs . Scammers using whatever means to get you to pay. Beware....

just called and left a voicemail for me on my husbands cell phone number, sayin "they was gonna show up at house or bizzness in 45 minutes if i don't take care of bunnced check". What? Crazy people, I don't write checks, idiots! Wish I could find these scammers and lower the boom on them!
