This so called attorney David Kelly has so many stories, he has multiple #'s 877-433-5509, 888-317-1772, 866-461-3015 I have called him so many times that he says he is going to call the police on me, he told me this yesterday too- I have yet to get my court documents or a call from the police- he just wants your CC#- he NEVER can give you any information bout why he is calling- I ask him several times about this court issue & he just got so pissed & would hang up on me- these bi****s that call & leave messages say they are Miranda James & then a Tina Frank left messages to call david kelly b/c he is suing me but when I call david kelly he says he is the mediator for the people who are suing me, but he wont tell me any names or numbers or addresses of the "actual" so called people who are suing me- I called the county & they have NO records of this david kelly & or anything filed against me- I called the REAL Law firm of david kelly in ft worth texas & they said they get calls from all over the US regarding this man who says he is Attorney David Kelly- DONT FALL FOR HIS B***S***! HE IS A LIAR, JUST START ASKING HIM QUESTIONS AND HE WILL START GETTING PISSED & HANG UP~ ITS A SCAM~

I have been called 12 or more times now from a blocked #. I did my research and the address that was given to me was a salon in NY.. I called them out on there lies and hung up on me! No real "law firm" would call from a blocked #, or hang up on you. They didnt know my work place or correct address. How do I make it stop?

Number called and a woman left a MSG. Saying that I was going to be summoned and legal action was going to be taken out on me if I did not contact them by 5 pm. I've called back 4 times and always got an answering machine saying that I have reached the office of David Kelly. I'm sure it has to do with a debt processor and that the legal action is just a threat to get people to respond, but they seem to be avoiding me which makes no sense.
