I got a call listed as "private number".  Voicemail stated I am in a great deal of trouble with a restraining order pending and I need to have my attorney call within 24 hours.  Left a return number to the Cayman Islands which is out of service.  I waited until they called again, an hour later.  It was "Amy Williams".  I simply asked what kind of trouble I was in and as she tried to threaten me with legal action, I started breathing heavily and asked what they would do to me?  Will they cane me?  Chain me up?  Punish me?  Then I made moaning sounds.  "Amy Williams" made a noise of disgust and promptly hung up.  Doubt they will be calling again :)

I recieved a message from a "Steven Y"  saying my husband had commited malicious fraud and that they were going to serve him with a restraining order the phone number worked the first time I tried to call it back now it no longer works.  It was very threatening and scary that they knew all my information!

I also got the same call! Messed up stuff!

I got a call from a Jackie Thompson and she told me that she was calling me to collect from an actual loan i have gotten years ago... I believed her bc it was an actual loan that i had recieved.... But come to find out i can not get a hold of her bc this is all a scam!?!?!?!?!? I can not believe this!!!!!

My father, who lives an hour and half away from me, received a call stating that I had 24/48 hour to respond to a restraining order. The agent was named "Mark Yates." I just googled to find out where 281 area code was from and found an entire page devoted to the SCAM generating from this number. It appears this has been going on for a while from the same number. Isn't there a way this can be stopped and this number taken down???

I called my credit card company. They told me that some company Credit Solution tried take the amount but it got denied. I've been trying to contact the number 281-407-3231 from National Judment Execution and i can't get hold of nobody.

Call your card company, tell them you found out this is a scam and try to get your money back. After that call your local police, file a police report. Then find the FBI web page that is located in all these replies and file with them.

I also got the call from National Judgement Execution. They told me that I owe $1346.90 from a master card and if i wouldn't pay that they would subpoena me. They tol me they settle fir $341.21. I gave them my info on my card. How should i go about this?

My sister called and told me that someone called and said, that I was being sued . They left a case# and a return phone # 2814073231. It scared me so bad ,so I called back to work out some type payment arrangements. I gave them my prepaid debit card # for 300.00 payment.

received call, said she was a third party and i need to call number immediately.  had no more info for me.  i only get recording to hold.  it's nonsense.

I just got a call today saying the same thing. I was having a restraining order placed against me and they gave me a ref# rjsk2123. I already filed a complaint with the ftc. Do so if the same thing happens to you.

I received a phone call from this "organization" this morning.  Whenever I asked for details the only think I was told there was a judgement against me. Having been scammed out of a large sum of money, I was skeptical, therefore, I am so glad  did a Google search.

Furthermore, I wonder what all of us have in common that they might have gotten our names and numbers?

Thank God for all of you. I got the same massage today and after Google-ing the number found this site to relieve my worries. Thanks again to all of you!  What can we do to make a difference and stop these scammers so others aren't victimized?  Also, I am worried how these people got our info in the first place?

Got call from 281-407-3231 looking to collect for Bank of America that i never had,
I contacted FBI They said to report it to www.ic3.gov Witch is for id theft!

These people left a voicemail on my mom's phone about my husband was going to get a restraining order against him if he did not call in the next 24 hours.  When I called the man told me that it was a financial restraining order and that it was due to a mastercard for HSBC orchard bank that was taken out years ago and never paid back, that HSBC was viewing it as a fraud and that it was a serious charge against my husband.  When I started asking about the company and asking for numbers and details the man started changing his story that it was actually a loan.  I replied "great!  My boss is a lawyer and I would like all of the loan papers sent to me."  He said that they did not have the loan papers the client did but he could not get them to me... so I called HSBC and they never even had a loan or credit card under my husbands SSN.  My husband called the guy back thinking that his identity had been stolen by an old girlfriend and the man told him that they would settle the debt for $900 and would tell their client to not file the lawsuit against him and how good it was that he called since they would have filed it in the next 12 hours.  DO NOT be scared by their time warning, if they are legit they will have to produce loan papers or credit card account statments before they get any legal action against you.  DO NOT PAY THEM!!!

I got the same message. That i need to contact my attorney that I have 48 hours, or be served papers. This is bs. I get these calls all the time. This really scared me and they had no accent this time. I am glad I saw this. This is another scam.  Don't listen to this call and hang up the phone.

Why Don't we print up all these complaints and send them to the FBI or whoever we should send them to for one I'm an old lady and this almost made me have a heart attack no really it did because I have never put my hands on anyone so it's a mis jugdement of my character . I also saved the message. I know I am fin to print these up

Recieved a call from Lisa Holmes and said i had a court judgement against me and to contact my attorney if i had to, then i asked her for what and what this was about and she did not want to tell me, so i looked it up online and found this page!!

Some guy calling himself Robert Ferguson just called me from a UNAVAILABLE number with the same spihl that some of the other people on here have gotten. He wanted to know if I knew there had been a complaint against me. I said, "Complaint" from who? He couldn't give me anymore information from that but wanted to give me a case number and threatened that I only had 24 -48 hours to call the phone number he was going to give me. I told him I was driving and couldn't take a number, then hung up. He called back and left the same message on my voicemail. These same people have called my work, my family and even some of my friends and have gone into all sorts of details about how I had a hot check that needed to be paid immediately or I was going to jail! Talk about embarassing! I never had a hot check, but I did make the mistake of getting a payday loan over 5 years ago. I had paid the majority of the loan back when I was forced to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. This debt was turned in with my bankruptcy so they shouldn't be bugging me at all!

i got a call from charles pritts special investigator agent. saying a corporation action was brought against me. i was given a call back number 1-218-407-3231. when i called the number back it wasn't a existing number. i would like to know what they are calling me for & if its something to do with a payday loan. i had payday loans in the past & they are paid in full & i don't owe any pay loans!!!

I got a call for my brother-in-law from 281-407-3231 - on my WORK phone, stating he was the respondent in a legal matter, and that he was to refer a specific case number to his attorney for an order to show cause????  He also stated there was a restraining order filed - I assumed against his bank account.  I was concerned so I passed the info on to him.  Got to thinking about it a little more since he said he didn't owe anyone money - and realized this outfit has been busy trying to scam other people, too.  The man's name who called was Scott Pearce from National Judgement Execution.

Don't bother trying to call them back, you won't get a human on the line.  Too many people are falling for their scam, tying up the phone lines!

They called my mom and scared her half to death. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

I received a message on my answering machine today from these jerks asking for my husband's ex-wife!!  They left a message saying that she had a restraining order against her and that she had to appear in court.  She lives in Washington and we live in Arizona and have not seen or heard from her in 10 years.  They said they contacted us because my husband is listed as her spouse on her credit history.  If they were really "special investigators" they would have their s*** together better than this.

We received a threatening call from national judgement today and said we had a large balance on a Lowes credit card by GE Money, we never paid.  Of course, we didn't.  But still is scary when someone threatens you with a restraining order, being sued or having the Sheriff coming to your house to serve you your papers to appear in court.  But what's even worse than that is believing for a minute that you actually did what they're saying.  Where's the love...

My wife just received a call with a message that there was going to be a restraining order in 24 hours.
