Verizon blocked the so called game data apps.  Some are 9.99 each.  I'm dupped out of 75.00 because of these scams.  I've called the numbers and they are busy or want you to subcribe again.  Frustrated and don't have time to chase these people.  Some thing needs to be done to stop this.  Don't phone companies have a responsibility to protect their customer?  Need a do not text Number.

I best not be getting any charges.  This was a coupon site, it was very confusing.  I will report this to BBB

unreal, if I didn't read this I didn't know I was been charged from this fraudulent company, I was given the number 1800 301 4217 to ask for a refund, they already changed me couple months close to 40 dollars each. Has anyone received their money back yet?

I have been charged for (I dont know how long)cool facts alert 34135 for 9.99 a month.  I need to have this charge removed from my phone with verizon.  I dont know how it got put on but I need to be more careful on what I sign up for in the future.

I got 16 premium texts from this 888-319-4321 on my bill for Nov. 07 and then 19 again on my Dec. '07 bill.  Am calling my provided to ask them to block this.

I had 29 call from this last month. I typed cancel. Stop, unsunscribe in reply to message 3 times this month there are another 22 all at .99 each

My daughters phone bill breakdown contained 22 "exexus alerts", one for each day, on my latest Sprint bill. I called Sprint to ask what these were and how to stop them and was told this was some type of premium service that delivered a message of some type. She indicated my daughter had entered a short code once and it suscribed her to the service for daily messages. Sprint said they would lock this out of her phone and credit the charges.

I then asked my daughter about this and she said she had been getting anoying text message for the last month and wished they would go away. She said she did not initiate the messages.

Daily calls appear on my sons cell phone charges. Since this is a premium service it racks up a hefty fee for each one.

Similar story as everyone above. We are using Virgin Mobile. Our son must have subscribed to one of the services it takes $0.99 a day or over time. Luckily we only put $10 a month and subscribe to a text package so it didn't do too much damage until we caught it ($5-$15).

Called the number: 1-888-353-2801. The won't give money back. They will stop or confirm stop of service (text 77877 with STOP and that will also stop the service).

This is crazy that these types of scams can happen...I doubt anyone would knowingly subscribe to such a service. These places know that yet somehow continue to operate their service.

I got off the phone from Virgin Mobile and gave me above # and 18883532801 and 8883532801.
The 8883194321 does not work. The other 2 #s look alike except for the 1 and I was told by Jorge at VM that these are the right #s.
I called 18883532801 and got Devin who gave me a rehearsed line who initially pretended to not understand what I was saying. He proceeded to explain that someone in my household subscribed to their service and that they do not activate the service without someone from my household actually going to the website and entering some code. I asked for a refund and of course, premium is nonrefundable. I asked for manager. Did not want me to speak to one but I insisted (a little firmly) and got Melissa. She gave me the same story. When I asked what state the company belongs, she says that she cannot give me that information but whatever I needed would be on the smsgameson.com website. Mind you their company is 2waytraffic (a premium text company is how they advertise themselves).
Anyway, I went on the BBB website and entered EMEXUS and got 2 waytrafficmobile data. I filed a complaint. I also entered smsgameson.com and got data about company. Also filed a complaint.
Both these companies are not registered with BBB.
I am not sure what these complaints will bring but someone has to do something. They are ripping us off.
I got my son the cell phone in case of emergency. Thankfully, we have not had any but what if he had and found out he had no minutes.
Let me know how else to file a complaint that will get acted on and I will do so. This people have no morals!

This person is not 18 and is getting billed for a monthly subscription. It was a scam that he wasn't aware of

I also have been scammed by 77877.  Thank you for giving me the phone number. I called Virgin Mobile and they gave me credit for all charges.  However I blocked all texting with them and got no more calls, but still got charged 99 cents a day.  I called 1-888-353-2801 and not only unsubscribed (never did subscibe) electronically, but also talked to a person.  Hopefully this worked, but I am going to have to monitor my Virgin account daily to make sure. Thanks for all your help.

This company supposedly unsubsribed my phone.......BUT how can I get my money back for the scam??????????????Any help.  The 888 number is just voice mail....no real person to talk to....

TEXT ID 77877 is spamming and taking funds from my Boost account, it's my new phone and a new number. I recieve several text messages and charges a day from this company.

We got caught in the facebook trap. tried the we site posted by Chris 20-jul-2009. DO NOT GO THERE. It is a scam site that tells you your computer is infected with a virus and tries to download malware.

The 77877 texts come from when you do a survey on Facebook.  My cell company said to hit reply and type in STOP and send it .  It should stop all further text messages from the.

For those that are using Virgin mobile ripoff service here is the only email that I squeezed out of them a couple of years ago.
Doug Van Riper is no longer there but there is a lady that emailed me back fairly quickly, the last time I was being sold more lip service by VIRGIN agents that read from a script and have trouble with ENGLISH.
The AG ][attorney generals office in Oregon or any state will send you complaint forms that actually do get investigated.  They may be available online for downloading.

Last month they refunded my $8 dollars and some change now this month it is gon again and I am the liar according to VIRGIN. I find their staff undertrained 95% of the time, especially the ones that speak little english.  So this month they got me for another 8 dollars and some change.
I have spoken to the Oregon Attorney General and was advised to write a report for them to investigate, which I am doing.  I invite all to do this as soon as the rip off starts.
FYI I called VIRGIN and had all texting stopped a while back - like 6 weeks ago.  NOW THIS!!  I only use my phone for calls and I only have 3 ringtones which are months old and paid for at time of download.  I do not even dare to download anymore ringtones because of VIRGINS RIP OFF mentality.

My child is 13 and was being sent game messages on the cell phone.
we were being charged $.99 per day or whatever. the code on my account was 77877 I was given 2 numbers to call. 1-888-319-4321 & 888-353-2801 the first didn't exist and the 2nd one didn't care. tough luck is pretty much what they said. I feel they are a ripe off company, shame on them.  These companies are taking advantage of young children. I did not give any premission for them to send messages to my child's phone. the number 34135 did reinburse me for $9.99. I thank them for being understanding. 34135 told me to block all premium text message to prevent these charges. I have blocked both numbers. I am not being changed anymore.

Received a cell bill with .99 a day on it.  Called Sprint and was told it was a third party billing company and the charges didn't have anything to do with them.  Was given the 888-353-2801 number to call.  Called and got BRAD and told him we never signed up for this and I wanted it to stop and I wanted a refund.  He said I was now unsubscribed and he would send a message to the finance dept to see if they can refund me.  What a scam!  Why hasn't the government done anything about this place.
