These a***oles are Dynia and Associates they are attorney office debt collectors. They keep calling in the AM after I've told them to not call here the person they are looking for is not at this number. Other numbers they use: 224-387-5702, 312-445-9624, 312-445-9624 and 773-649-1832. These inconsiderate a***oles have called every day since 4/1/14 all in the AM. Wow! A tin foil pyramid hat that's on too tight, off their meds, an Asian keyboard (the defective ones) with the stuck 'caps' key. We got a perfect trifecta storm here.

YOU'VE GOT THE MILITARY THERE SPRINGFIELD. DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE THEM.
TOLL FREE CABLE AND AN 855 NUMBER THAT WOULD,'T STOP HARASSING A HANDICAPPED PERSON'S PHONE. FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS, NONE STOP. THAT AND AN EXTERNAL AUDIT FIRST.

New Number for Dynia and Associates Michelle-Nwanguma
484 N. Milwaukee Ave Suite 801
Chicago, Illinois 60630
Phone number shows up as "TOLL FREE CABLE" Which says she is using her own internet service without a legitimate 800 number. The number she called from is 1-855-270-0852
She actually was trying to collect a debt that was paid off from over 10 years ago.
You can order for service anytime you want to to get her to explain where this information came from.

Ummm....Someone with common sense would pick up the phone and tell them they have the wrong person so they stop calling. Clearly you have none.
I pay my bills. You dont. 2014-02-13 15:07:40 Debt Collector
Dynia and associates is not a scam. BBB A+ rating. I looked it up after stumbling upon this stupid website. Call your original creditor and verfiy who is currently collecting your debt. You just dont want to pay!
BTW..calling a relative or neighbor to pass a message on is perfectly legal. FDCPA.com. Bi*** at your lawmakers if you have a problem about it.
If people on these garbage websites put as much energy into paying their past due debts as complaining about them...maybe then you could put them out of business.

Kimberly Miles from Dynia and Associates has now called twice looking for our adult daughter. This woman keeps pressing for our daughers phone number and I keep telling her to send the info by USPS. I know that this is a scam and have reported them to the Maine Attorney Gereral's Office.

Dynia and Associates keeps calling me (5x week) from various phone numbers, 888 and chicago-area codes. I refuse to answer; they leave me messages telling me they need to speak with me about a debt. I have an 800 credit score and have never carried a bad debt. Whatever they want, it isn't legit. I'm just hoping they give up trying to scam innocent people!

This is something that went away 5 yrs. ago and this company sends me a letter saying I owe a debt. that's not been asked for for 5 or more years. If I had it I would pay it!

They keep calling giving out my information to whom ever answers the phone illegally, when asked to send information by mail and to stop calling they claim they tried, NOT! When told that we don't give out personal information over the phone and to stop calling they have continued the harassment daily if they were legit they would no better. I do not owe BOA anything and they refuse to provide proper identification of any debt, just looking to harass and get payment on unverified debts. Not happening here.

I have been getting calls all day from this firm identified as Dynia and Associates. Finally they informed me that I am related to someone they need to speak with - my ex-husband of over 20 years. How does a supposed law firm have the right to harrass me all day, when I am not even the one with a debt? I am taking good notes and plan to fight back if their calls do not cease, maybe they need some of their own medicine!
Relative 2012-10-03 18:10:40 Unknown
Man named Daniel Escobar called from Dynia and Assoc. on Oct. 3, 2012 @ approximately 12:40 pm EST. The only reason I picked up the phone in the middle of lunch was because they were calling for a relative that hadn't lived at our address for over seven years. Mr. Escobar proceeded to tell me that his office needed to get in contact with my relative immediately. Kept stressing how I wouldn't want my relative to be blindsided to pressure me into relaying a message.
After I told him I didn't feel comfortable relaying a message for his company, because if they really had business with my relative they would have his phone number. I was informed his voice-mail was full. I compromised and told Mr.Escobar if he gave me his company name I would look them up and call back to inform him weather I would relay the message. (The only reason I did this was because I had a legitimate company contact me trying to reach my father once. It turned out my father had an accident the manager of the storage company had heard about and he didn't want my dad to lose the furniture he was storing. I thought this could be a similar situation because I'd heard through the family grapevine that this relative had surgery recently.) I found out Mr. Escobar worked for a company that was primarily debt collectors and proceeded to get very angry.
I called Dynia back and miraculously was transferred to the same Mr. Escobar I had spoken to ten minutes earlier. I told Mr. Escobar to remove me from his phone list and can you believe he tried to get me to say I knew my relative had a debt. ( I had no idea if there was a debt or not, but I certainly wouldn't tell him if I did. I have no business admitting to someone else's debt.) He once again imparted that if I cared I wouldn't let my relative be blind sided.
Oh, give me a break! I might give a person the benefit of the doubt long enough to check them out, but I'm not gullible enough to be guilt tripped that easily. It was none of my business if my relative had a debt or not and it certainly wasn't Dynia's place to randomly call his relatives. This was extremely unprofessional behavior on the companies part.

Neighbor 2012-07-17 11:00:29 Debt Collector
I got a call around 7 for my husband. I asked who was calling, and the caller began to explain that he actually wasn't looking for my husband but for a neighbor. He noted my address (how did he get this?) was next door to someone he was looking for. He asked if I wouldn't mind leaving a note for the girl on her door because every time he calls her, her phone is busy. I have to say that freaked me out enough to do a search for information. The man left his name and number as Alan Urzua from telephone 888-322-1295. That seems so far from ethical. I'm not sure if I could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or not because he did not discuss the nature of his call.

After paying more than $36,000. in health care insurance fees for my self-employed husband, his heart disease progressed to the point of warranting open heart surgery. That failed within 2 months and resulted in a heart attack. Three years later, another open heart surgery was performed. Being self-employed and missing more than 20 weeks of work wreaks havoc on finances. Paying for medicines, physicians, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, cardio-thorasic surgeons, hospitals, etc. has taken its toll on our financial stability. Some days, a healthy meal is not even an option.
So...before passing judgement on people who CANNOT-as opposed to those who will not-pay their credit card bills, think about circumstances to just stay alive. Sometimes it takes every single penny a person has. I pray you and members of your family, never get into debt to save a loved one's life. Shame on you for being so rude.
experienced fool 2012-04-20 02:54:58 Unknown
first please understand what charged off means. the creditor was unable to collect the debt or portion ot the debt. it was then charged off by the creditor; this does not mean the debt is now "end of story" as the debt is still owed. selling it off is simply a way for the original creditor to recoup some of the loss; the creditor or the buying agency has every right to collect on it, as it's owed. statutes vary state by state but trust me; just before that statute runs out??? judgements and lawsuits even wage garnishments occur. keep in mind that statutes are not times from the date the debt was incurred, but from the date of last payment on the debt. and call times are from 8am to 9pm in your time zone. if you answer your phone at 2 minutes to the hour, that call is legal.

Helen Johnson says she has been calling my brother's cell phone since 4/5 - except he doesn't have a cell phone. now she's calling our older sister, trying to get her to give up info - she didn't, just said she would pass on the message. Helen claims to be calling from a law firm and that she's trying to keep him from being 'blindsided'.

I called this number back and asked who they were and why they were calling me. They didn't have any answers and kept transferring me around. Finally, I got one woman who was saying to a co-worker, "Look at my shoes, aren't they cute??" I hung up. They call my husband and me 3+ times a day.

I have received calls and letters from these Jokers. I completely ignore them and refuse to acknowledge the debt. WORD OF ADVICE .... Never, Never, Never acknowledge the debt. Tell them
to send you all the Statements and Documentation proving you owe the debt in question. Do not give them your name or address. The more information you give them the more they will hound you to collect the debt. They are not authorize by the bank or debt collector, they buy the records from the bank or debt collector and then they try to collect the debt. The Bank has already written the debt off and has placed it in the uncollected file (end of story). This company makes their money by intimidating you into paying a debt that may be many years old. Don?t play their games and completely ignore them and their calls.
