Calls, leaves no messages, and Caller ID identifies company as "UBCF"

Says his name is Bob, and will not stop callling after i told him Abel is not here.He says that he is from SIMS & ASSOC. and thats it !!!!!!

I called the number back and it was in fact Bank Of America..They also have a 716, and 216 number

I have received two calls. The woman named Katie says she is "checking employment." Thanks, Brugen, I didn't know it was a collection agency although fortunately I was finally able to drag the name of her company out of her. FYI, it sounds like a mechanical woman possibly from another planet.

Debt collector for who because I have received phone calls from this number and do not have an account in collections!!!!

Calls repeatedly and frequently, leaves no message. Sometimes the calls are after 10 pm and on Sunday, clearly a violation of collection law. Quite annoying. Of course, there is no way to stop them, there are not enough enforcement agents.

Never done business with them, have no payday loans, got a call, and today, noticed a charge on my credit card from "IMAGE SERVICES" with this 888-322-4781 as the phone number.  Tried calling, got an answering machine message.  Already called the credit card company to get it marked as fraud and have the account closed.  Sounds like a shady scam to me, be careful...

In Chicago. Glad to see I wasn't the only one getting these. Very annoying, but harmless. I believe, if the call is ignored. Harder is to imagine the troglodyte with this much time on their hands willing to dial thousands (?) of numbers!

Didn't get a call but have a charge on my cedit card that lists this number. I am now haivng ot dispute the charge because I have no idea who these people are.

Got a charge on my bank account from this number.  NO idea what it is.  I'm disputing it with my bank and cancelling that debit card!

This numbedr has been calling my sister everyday..And I finally googled it. Thank Goodness for Google..Well out of curiosity..I called and sure enough..Like all the other previous posts..

Got an unrecognized charge for <$10 on credit card from "Image Services"; card company gave me this phone number when I called to question the charge.  Called number, got forwarded to voicemail box that was full.  This sounds fraudulent to me.

I keep receiving calls from this number - I finally called the number and found out that it's OSI Educational Services. Great, spam on my cell phone. NICE. They have called me at all sorts of times too, which isn't very nice.

You cant possibly tell me you spend close to what your car payment is in gas per month and thats why you cant pay your bill. If you would like to spend less in gas then just keep being late on your car payment. That will quickly eliviate the problem.

I keep getting these calls almost 5 times a day and they ask for Jimmy Taylor. Told them a couple of times that this number does not belong to this person but they still keep calling. They do not even leave any messages.

DOES ANYONE ELSE HERE HAVE A LOAN FROM WASHINGTON MUTUAL.

This jack*** needs to quit calling us and everyone! Next step is the police.

Just a thought, I had the charge on my card, Image Services--$9.25, been ordering a lot of motorcycle pats online and from Ebay. Anyone else in that same situation. I am wondering if someone out there is dumpster diving and someone else is not careful about how they dispose of our info after ordering. I plan on prosecuting someone. This could be a possible class action lawsuit?

call for someone else at my number. hit button talked to rep she asked me rudely do you know her i said ni this has been mine and my husbands number fot 3 years. she said will put in file. received voicemail called 800 number got gentlemen told him my number asked me if i was this other lady told him have already told rep this is not her number. 2 hours later guess what another call from another rep pushed button no rep available called 800 number they left she lied and said this was their fisrt call. getting very annoyed..

I, too, just got a charge on my card last week, Image Services for $9.30, and I haven't used this card for purchases in several months.  Definitely fraud.

We are getting the same phone calls 10 times a day asking for someone who isn't us. I asked the lady Mary on the other end to take us off the list and she hung up on me. We are on the do not call registry and will be filing a complaint.

I also got a charge on my credit card for $9.25 from Image Services. These people are idiots. I hope they get the crap sued out of them.

I did not get a call from this number but a charge for $9.25 on my Visa from Image Services, FL and it listed this number.  The Visa services of my bank noticed this charge and froze my card.  Had to go into the bank to cancel the card and dispute the charge, which was immediately refunded.  We even called the number from the bank and no one picked-up.  The bank has been noticing a rash of these fraudulent charges.

Got a call 10/2 at 5:21pm from . No message of course. Malcolm S. Gerald and Associates, please feel free to blow me (and please keep the change) you farking sh*t weasels.

They threatened to garnish my wages as well and I paid them back in full, I am considering litigation. Also when you call the number back or when they leave a message they do not identify themselves, that is mighty sketchy to me.

THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED FOR THE PAST WEEK SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY. THEY WRE VERY DECEPTIVE AND OUTRIGHT RUDE. WE FILED A FULL REPORT WITH THE NATIOAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AND WILL CALL THE FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL MONDAY.

I got a call from this number. They said something that sounded familiar but very distrubing. Anybody else have something similar happen to them?

no call but did get fraudulent charge to my CC for 9.35.  reported it to CC company and it is getting handled as we speak.
