It's a pre-recorded message advertising SEO services. They say that they are a "data provider" for Google. They're not. I actually work with Google and there is no such thing. They have no affiliation with Google (or Yahoo or Bing).
It's not necessarily a scam, they're just lying about their relationship with Google. Don't reward them by giving you your business.

The call left a vocie mail. Data Service writer. Keith. They have a spot fo placement in the top 3 search engiens for my category. Call them back at their number. Yeah right!

At least this was an American calling to lie to me. Says he was calling from a "data provider" for Google and "we have a couple of spots open in your market."
How lucky for me!
Wasn't interested in anything he had to say. I hung up.
