Called my residence looking for my father. Would not identify themselves. Sounds and looks like a collection agency.

This number 1-888-355-6729 called my parents residence looking for my Ex-husbands father (after 12 yrs of being divorced)! they even left an ext 166 for call back. I was going to make the phone call to let them know we haven't been apart of each others life for 12 yrs and now after finding this I won't even go there.

This company called my in-laws house saying it was urgent that they speak with me. When I called back they did not have all of my information correct and when I did not give them the correct information they said it was for someone else and would take my phone number off the call list. When I asked what this was about they said that they could not disclose any information.

Caller named Alicia Smith called about an account that was "charged off" by Bank of America, I now am disabled and have no valuable assets other than a life insurance policy. From our lengthy conversation I have concluded that they try to make money off of "buying Bad Debt", mostly pennies to the dollar, and twisting arms to do so, while this may very well be a legal business, when you just don't have it, you cant give it! My body is in imminent decline, but the brain still functions, they want bank account numbers and on the spot decisions and offer you a third of the buy-out initially offered by the original lender. When I ask for something in writing, I was told I must first agree to a payment structure and give checking account number, etc. DOESN'T THIS JUST SOUND A LITTLE FISHY?

Received a call from Dave Fox from Dynia & Assoc. on my cell looking for a relative. Said I was listed as a contact but wouldn't say for what. Stated it was urgent that the relative call him back. Dynia & Assoc is at 4849 North Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago. The relative has never heard of them. Needless to say, if they contact me again they will be reported.

called my cell (employer's) and my employer's land line; it apeared to be a robo-call asking me to return call to Jill. They also called my ex-wife, my aunt & uncle, and customer lines at my wife's business. I beleive they are Dynia & Associates, LLC, 4849 North Milwaukee Avenue, Suite 801,Chicago IL 60630. i called back and they refuse to identify themselves, claim they are a law office and not subject to the same laws as everyone else, and start demanding personal financial information while claiming that this is neccessary for them in order to inform me why they are calling. Seems like some sort of phishing scam.
