This company is very disrespectful and down right tell lies.  They are a third party that makes un warrented threts when they have no power at all and seek to rob you. They have Harrased me....over and over again.

Spam number. Left some weird message about a breach of contract. No contracts here.

I had a debit for the amount of 120.50 on my pre-paid debit card today from a company called Experian Payment Solutions.  When I called Experian they said they had no record of my card number or payment amount.

Julie and Dave probably work for this company....they try to scare you but have no case...just. use google voice and press the record button. ..record the conversation then tell them you cant wait to see them in court for harassment...they wont even send you paperwork backing up their accusations. .and are not allowed to threaten you at all...Scam for sure.

Just got a call at my employer from a joshua blake indicating he's calling from the Duval County in regards of a pending case against me and wants me to call him back at 888-340-5613 to discuss this matter.
Duval County Court DOESN'T have a 1800 number ( scam and possible debt collector) also you can call your local Sherrif's Office and they will tell you these callers or processors are SCAMMERS please don't call the back...These people are obtaining your personal information from companies that sell your data whether it's on a Legal bank loan or credit card application/ car loan application and calling you and your employers and making FALSE statements " they have a pending case against" statement they are debt collectors using the name of your County or City and saying they are coming to arrest you from your job or home.
Legally if this is old DEBT ( medical or credit card) then will go against your CREDIT report. They can't come and arrest you for a old debt that's on your credit report. BE mindful when submitting personal information via the net or phone. They will pick up IP address and do data traces and start CALLING :(

yes! i got the same call and i ignored it because its usually bullsh*t.....a few weeks later i got a summons at work to appear in court......even though debts may be swiped clean the bad checks that were written or taken out are NOT included in bankruptcy as i am learning the hard way..........im screwed =/

I don't know the company the phone is answered by a person not identifying the company.  I want these calls to my workplace stopped.

I have gotten a few calls from this number saying his name is Joshua James, has my work number, social security number and bank info and that it's regarding a pending case in my county.  Not sure where he gets off calling my work number but I haven't received any legal documents from anyone or the county regarding any law suits or anything else.  Not sure if I should call back.

this guy has been calling me too do you know what this is about it is really scary.

If you filed for bankruptcy you have no debt. Slate is now clean. Debt shills cannot collect on these debts & that's the law (and they know it). However, you can pay it if you want.

I keep getting this call too.  The name he uses is Joshua James.  Is this something legit?  I have past debt from an old bankruptcy but not sure what this is.

Why don't you go back to the boiler room and stop bashing your victims on this site? Extorting money to "support your family" is behavior that deserves no courtesy whatsoever. Your first mistake was getting out of bed in the morning, followed by countless others all day.

Yes, everyone makes mistakes, that's what makes us human is the fact that we can identify something that we call mistakes. Why don?t you try and talk about fixing your "mistake" instead of yelling, swearing and talking over someone that's only trying to support their family in this difficult economy. a little bit of courtesy and sincerity goes a long way and people are more apt to work with you. If your actions cause conflict in your family, that?s not their fault. They didnt do anything, you did, they just called you. You can catch more bees with honey than with vinegar.

These people are a***oles because they have nothing better to do. They want to cause conflict with the family over nothing but to try to call down people that have made a mistake in their lifetime.Like they never have.

Just as Julie said, I also recieved a msg, on my ex-girlfriends phone at that. N she played it for me. I agree it seemd to sound pretty important, but all in all I did sum research n found it legal. Its not ur normal collection agency either. But I have to say in their defense, its a very stressfull n s****y job they have, but they had the most helpful answers an ability to guide me in the right direction as to how to take care of my other derog's. Just dont give n attitude to them people, n they will be more then helpful with ur situations an then sum.

The message I got was stern and kind of scary, but I called back and it was something I had forgotten to deal with a while back and they were nothing but helpful with me and assisted me through the whole process.  I spoke with a Dan and a David Webb and they were very helpful and polite.

This company says they are Experien PS and are telling me they have a case against me. Different people call at different times.

I got a call from this number for the previous holder of this phone number-- debt collector. I told them that they were 2.5 years too late. That is how long I have had this cell phone.  I filed a complaint with the FCC:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm  .  I asked to be put on their do-not-call-list. But they made some excuse not to.

"Dave  Matthews" called me too saying that he was calling about potential fraudulent activity with ny name and/or social security number.

somebody call me and said his anme is Dave Mathews and he said he's calling from experian and gave me an extension to contact him. 105 is the extension. he's been calling where i work and he is nasty.

This is a debt collection agency who violates your rights then lies about it...He says his name is Blake when you tell him he's violating your rights he'll get mad and hang up.
