I have to agree, I believe someone is an employee especially since they haven't come back on here to defend themselves. Its not like people don't want to pay their bills, sometimes in developments neighbors get them and don't return them or people just have to catch up on bills. Seems to me alot of places like this are apparently taking lessons from the credit card companies and banks.

This is actually the number for their billing office, not the testing office. I have the feeling "chandra b" might be an employee of Iowa Health.
