USING ILLEGAL SCARE TACTICS

the call i received state that he is a state processor server and they had been trying for several days to serve me papers with no avail. and that i had 5 hrs and 34 minutes to contact them or they would be serving me papers. so i asked if you had already made several attempts to serve me at my job or my home with no avail, how are you gonna serve me with my local police officials. when i told him "ray porter"  that it was illegal for him to represent himself as a state of florida official he simple hung up on me.

definately a scam preying on people who do not no the law.

Whatever, whoever this company is that is  associated with the phone number 888-347-5080 it's definitely pulling a scam. I've called them several times with no answer. The number on my caller id is shows a totally different number which is 803-619-9278 when you called that number back it don't  accept calls." this is a scam" I would advise  everyone do not give them any of your personal information

Wow that has got to b the most uninformative web site ever!!! Looks like a scam to me, I would b very careful about who u give your information too.

They left a voice mail for my husband on my cell. The lady stated the same thing - it's for a hot check and they will come with local authority to serve my husband tomorrow if he doesn't contact the number she suggested back by today. Then she called my husband and got to talk to him. She refused to state the name of the company she works with. Threaten to come to his job and house with the summons. I did found this website: http://www.acceleratedrecoverygroup.com/index.html which has this number posted with nothing else but just this 1888#. I think they're crooks!!!

I received the same call and called the number they left for me. It was from an old payday loan i had forgotten about.

The people at the office were really  nice and professional.

Calls saying that there is a petition filed against me for a fraudulent check.  And that a server is coming with authorities to my home and work to serve me
