The number is disconnected now. They said they were the FBI and I said oh the fat b*****d Indians? People don't be scared of these turds. I wish he would come to my house. Just received a phone call. He said I owed money to them from a loan application I put online. They asked to speak to my lawyer. At first, I was concerned, but after hearing the ridiculous things he said to me, I knew it was a scam. He said they would be at my job at 7am to take me to jail. I asked what jail, he said they haven't decided what jail to put me in yet...lol. He said I should pack my bag and be ready to go to jail. He also said when he comes to arrest me, he is going to kick my a**! (exact words). He then hung up on me before I could say anything else. It was a good laugh, but definitely a scam!

received a call at work from a man with an indian accent saying i owed 775 dollars, and that i needed to pay it today or i would go to jail. i have reported their number to the FTC and urge anyone who gets a call to do that.

I received a call as well from 951-257-0504.  The caller stated his name was Tom Wilson.  He had a thick Indian accent.  He left a message and I could not understand what he said, so I decided to call the number back.  When I did, he answered the phone, Attorney John Anderson.  I knew right then it was a scam.  So I ask him to repeat his name and he became very irate and hung up.  I then decided to check out the number and came up with this information!!  Very Helpful!!

I received a call from this number  at my job and said that he is a paralega and that he is just giving a message that there is a federal law suite aginst my name and ss # and that I NEED to call Ronnie Cooper he will give me all the information. A ew hours after the same person called at my job and asked if i called Ronnie Cooper and I said no i will when i have time, he called back and said if i didnt call Ronnie Cooper that he will send the FBI at my joba and i said to him i am a paralegal adn if you dont stop harrassing me i will call the cops on you and he laughed and said he didnt care. He havent called back yet.

I was called an told I was owed a payday loan that I did take out and paid in full.  Years ago.  They had my last 4 digits of SS number my old job information and my old bank name.  They said IF I cannot pay they are calling FBI today and I will be arrested at work tomorrow and will my job and go to jail for 859.00.  Being concerned because my husband was laid off for 1.5 years did not want to take chance that anything could happen I did a reverse phone look up and saw these complaints so I am not taking any further action. My Wife keeps getting calls from John Smith, saying there are problem with her bank account. He knows the bank she does business with. When I get on the phone he hangs up. Watch out for this guy or guys.

I got the same person john smith and i blocked the number and some how they still got through and the number that came up was 911. I dont know how to get them to stop harassing me.

I received a phone call from this person today and was alarmed by the voice -mail. He states his name was John Anderson, I then listned to this voicemail and it told me if I did not return his call he wished me the best of luck immediatley I freaked out and delted the message, If you get this message do not delete it. I called back and he said he was an attorney and that he was going to kill me " I stated how did you receive my information & he just was heavy breathing, the said F*** you dont ever this number back. I then called my local police dept they advised me all I could do was file a police report. After reveiwing all of this information on here my suggestion to everybody is changer your number your bank account and call equifax there is a free # to place a flag on your social. I also am a struggling person who has had online pay advances and the only one I've used is money mutual dont use money mutual they sel your information and it is not endorsed this a act of crime and attempt to steal your idenity.

They have called my husband's place of employement and threatended him through the HR manager.

Some left a message that he wanted to hear from my attorney and please do not disregard this call, sounded like he was reading from a script, he had an accent and wished good health to me.

I have receiving calls from this number several times a day. VERY threatening voicemails to return the call or I will regret it and no one can help me. I have tried calling the number he left back and it just beeps then hangs up. The man speaks with a very heavy Indian accent.

Lolz, this man with accent has been calling me too saying that i have a case, he told me i need to talk to his boss, that is calling from legal department, then i asked him which of the legal department bcoz we have a lot of legal department, but he didn't know what else to say, after asking him a lot of questions then i got to know he is a fake and f****ng scammers, so when i didn't get along with him he said police is coming to my house to arrest me. I got a call this morning saying that there was a cash advanced put in my checking account [which I don't have] from 1992 [the year I was born? wtf] and that he'd be seeing me behind bars. I tried calling back and he just picked up and hung up.

the called and asked if I had a attorney present and I need to call Mr. cooper direct he would tell me who is filing suit against me and all the details of the case. I told the man whom seemed to be from India that I read driving on the highway and could not talk all of this happened efore 8am eaern ti e o stopped answeringa and they called back 13 times in an hour.

this is the call i got last may, i changed my bank account and had blocks put on my credit report.

I have gotten two calls from this number , the guy i spoke to said my social security number was used for a payday loan and he was from a lawyers office. i told him i was calling my lawyer and contacting the BBB.

This number keeps calling my home and leaving messages on my machine 951-257-0504 The over seas man talked very dirty to me and said all the nasty things he was wanting to do to me! They are leaving death threats on my phone. When I told them I was going to call the attorney generals office they got very mad! :)

are this people leaving you a call back number? I can not call back to the number they are calling me from.

Be aware this person is also calling stating that they are from the Cali Attorney General's Office and they are fiing a lawsuit againt your name and SS#.
