This company called me saying i was not connected to their server. I stupidly gave them access to my computer and they supposedly removed some trojans off. I was told that this was not able to happen ever.  But they charged me $129.99.

Oh man, these are computer whiz's.
I had problems in Jan. with my computer. I legitimately called tech support.
And after hours with him at that time we resolved my proble,
Well this guy, who has the same name, called me and gave me the line that a bad virus was going around, and since I was an established customer.."It was his duty" to warn me and fix the problem..we go through a series of steps, and me, with some hesitation allow him to "take control" of my pc..
He then staes I need to buy this protection.
I call the original person who fixed my pc last Jan. & he days it was not him & that no one from their office would call & have any of their customers do what I was asked to do.
I was scammed.
I called the 8883510738 number and spoke with the Morris that was "working" with me..he sounded so offended that I thought he would scam me..

These calls are from someone stating that your computer is sending bad information and want you to log on so they can check it.  My Mother has gotten several of these and luckly she has told them to stop calling her.

I was on the phone with my Mother in Law trying to get info on an aunt that has cancer and receiving treatment..   I have call waiting..

So this number came up, I put my Mother in law on hold, jumped over to the other line, answered it, nobody there.  So I switched back to the Mother in law.  

While I was talking to her for about 10 minutes, they called back no fewer than 5 times,,  then when I got off the phone, they called for a 6th time,, I answered it.. Nobody,, I said hello 4 times,, Nothing.  

I'd really like to know who they are...
