I just got a call from 888-352-5922 & it is a marketing company claiming to be debt collector.  I knew it was fraud because I don't owe any debt.  I called the number back & all I heard was an automatic machine telling me to press 1 for Marketing & press 2 for something else.  These are scammers trying to get your money!

They call repeatedly but leave no message.  Today the called at 7 am and I picked up and told them to get off of my cell phone.  

Says they are AMEX and that I need to call back.

My account has never been late, so I am not calling back.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number. they asked my acct. number, which I refused to give,then they asked for my name and the state I was calling from. I tol them I was not comfortable with the call and hung up. I called amex, but they took too long, so I hung up on them.

Call from 888-352-5883, it is AMEX, calling to inform me they were reducing credit line on a card I quit using. Went from 40k to 20k? Card I never use don't know if this is to get me to return to them as customer. Quit using about 4k/month end of last year?

Repeated telemarketing calls from 888 352 5833 to my home and cell phones, both of which are registered in the FTC Do Not Call Registry.  A call to this number got only nonsensical answers to pointed questions about why West Business Services wants people's American Express account information.  Education levels of staff and supervisors seemed to be minimal.

Got a message on my machine from this number. The person talked so fast I had to listen to it 6 times and still did not understand except something about AMX. I called on using my cell phone and someone answeres ( just as
fast ) and ask for my acct. number. I hunt up and "googled" the number and found it to be a fraud. When I called back later on my land phone it was a recording for a "sex phone number." Why can't the government do something about this ?

they are scammers. i told them to mail me any info. regarding my acct. stop calling me.

they are calling to advise that they are lowering your account limit

Received calls two days in a row.  Would not give any information.  There is nothing showing on-line on my account that would warrant a call.

Beware - they called my CEL phone but I've never given AMEX my cel phone number -

Got the same message as previous posted... says they are AMEX and that it's not a sales call.  I probably won't call back as my account is current and I've never been late for a payment.
