SOME B***H JUST CALLED ME ABOUT A VISA and HATING TO BE THE BARRIER OF BAD NEWS.  I SLAMED THE PHONE DOWN.  SAME NUMBER!

I received a call from this  umber 2 x times on 10-10-08.  One was from Frank and other was from David Stein.  Both said it was urgent and need to be returned today.  When I returned the call office was closed and answering machine said Central services.  I don't know what this is about but would like to know how they got my un-listed number

alexander sweet left his name with this # saying i had a complaint against me and a decision would be made if i didnt call right away.no law office or police names mentioned.diddnt call back.sounded fishy

It's funny that I found this site, because MR. ALEXANDER ALEXANDER (he said his name twice) SWEET. Left a message for my boyfriend, and said that we have recieved several calls from his superiors??? Why would superiors call first then hand the call down to him? Anyway. He said that there was a complaint filed against My boyfriend, and if we don't call back before noon tomorrow, he will escalate it to something that won't be in our best interest. Seriously? With the economy the way it is, buddy try to get whatever you can, your not the only one. They left (888)335-1023. Ext 12. The other two posts had different extension numbers for this man. Fishy??? Plus on top of that I tried to search the phone number on white pages and get a business name, and there wasn't one found.

i just got a call left on my answereing machine said his name was i belive alex sweet said it was looking for me and he had a legal matter against me to please call 1-888-355-1023 but the number came from 215-333-0651. so i decieded to look it up on here and this is what i found. thank you to all of you. this is some jerk calling to people to belive that there is a legal matter pending on you. he also said on the message that i would have to get a lawyer if i did not call because he would have to take further action on me. bull i think this is a scam too .

MUST READ!!! This is so crazy!!! I didn?t know there were many people that felt confused and almost cheated about these people. I looked up this number because even thought it is 888 # it will not go through but rather it says that  I have reached (215)3332272 and that it has been disconnected. This all started when Vicky Johnson called my uncle looking for me saying that I own money and that I need to call back right away. So I called her and she told me that I need to pay over $1000.00 today. I don?t have that amount sitting around. She was not explaining anything, and she was not answering any of my questions instead she was getting real aggressive and rude. She told me that I owe money due to unpaid charges on a business credit card when I was with a non-profit organization. I called the ex-president of that organization to get it cleared. He called the credit card company and it was true...there was a charge on it that no one knew about and interest and fees had accumulated over a year on it. So the story does check out. I so wanted this to be a scam but it is not. The real problem was that they are not professionals at all. They did not go by the rules nor care about anybody. But they were hired by the credit card company to collect money. I was almost about to sue them because this Vicky lady was making (false) treats towards my uncle and parents saying that they would have to pay the money if I don?t. Why? She said because I signed their names. That is a LIE! Then she said because their name is on the application. Well you have to have references (references are used if end up missing you would contact them to find me. that is all). They really need to restructure the way they do business.

I would suggest even though they are crazy.... that you all call and have them explain what they are talking about. and then check it out by calling the credit card company, the place you got the loan, or whoever they say you owe money and see if is true.
Don?t just label it a scam and not check into it. That is being irresponsible. It may be hurting your credit score and the fees may be increasing.

If you are having hard times understanding them ask to talk to the office manager. I think his name was Jim Lynch (I may be very wrong) but ask to ask the manager. He will try to explain things. When the Vicky lady was giving me the runaround I spoke to him. I am not out of the woods yet. Good luck to every one.

I just got a call from 215-333-2610 on my cell phone. I don't answer #'s I don't recognize, so it went to vm. The caller said his name was Alex Sweet and I have a complaint against me and I needed to call back to get it resolved or he'll have to take legal action. The # he gave me to call back is 1-888-355-1023 extension #23. He gave me a complaint #, too.

I am a photographer, and have lots of clients so I was a little worried, wondering what I did to have a complaint, but now seeing this I doubt I'll return his call.

Received the call on my work mobile phone. I did not take the call since I was in a meeting. The caller left a message saying his name is Mark Stevenson, he is with CCS & Associates and that my spouse or their attorney needed to call him back today at 888-355-1023 ext # 37. He said there is a legal matter pending and he needed her side of the story...?

A Mr Hall ext # 16 from 888 355 1023  has several times at my house.  Is this number a business number, a scam or what?

Thank God!! For your messages becuase I just got a call from a Dehwan Roberts, called and said he had a legal matter for my wife and to call him ASAP!! The number was 888-355-1023, then I wanted to see what type of company or collection this maybe so I googled that number and found this forum and your experiences. I then noticed number 215-333-0651 in the last message by Debbie, then that number called right after I seen it!! lolasking for my wife, so not even asking who they were I told them that they just called and I spoken with Dewhan Roberts and said she aint here right now and told them now I have 2 numbers. Then like 3 mins after they called again from 215-333-2610 and showed up as 1ST Receivable --- WTF!!

Beaware of these scammers, I dont know what they are up to but probable after everyones money!!!!

Asked for a callback to address some allegations against me made in my state.  Got message and called back the 888-355-1023 number.  No automated system mind you, a live male person answered.  He gave his first name (started with a B and was about or less than 4-5 letters) and asked how could help.  First I was asked to hold when attempted to ask question. Hung up and called back since could be recorded tracer for identity/personal information after x amount of seconds.  Called back this time *67 and the 888 355 1023.  This time this guy answers with hello, how may I help you?  No company or personal name information identified.  Asked the company and he said Central Services.  I asked what type of company.  He asked my name.  I hesitated as a legit company would ID itself correct?  So I did not give my personal information and again asked about company and what type it was or what did?  Why tip my hand when they called me on supposedly an important issue. He asked how did I hear about his company?  Said there was a message on an answering machine.  He asked was I person that asked for on machine?  I knew something was not right.  First off a reputatble company would let you know who they were especially since they are claiming to be calling about an important legal matter.  I did not ask personal information of the person they were calling for.  I simply asked a question on type of company.  He refused to answer.  I hung up.  Not legit.  Not cute.  Not kosher.  I then called back and this time the same dude just says hello.  What a crock.  You see there was an extension on the message from this female.  They receiver on other end never asked for extension for transfer or party that left message or anything remotely sounding like something an attorney or bill collection agency or credit card company or bank or public office I ever spoke with would ever ask.  Not cool.  Extension number 18 was the extension by the way, not that it mattered.  For kicks I called back and this time phone picked up and several attempts were made to simply hang up by other party.  I called back as I said nothing when hearing the clicks.  This time a pick up by some male, hello how can I help you.  Nothing else. Called again and this time got Mr. Alt, how can I help you?  Male voice altered.  So you tell me what is that crock?

A woman answered with Hello on last call.  People what is going on?
Then a guy answered again.  hello how may i help you.
Each time sounded like it was a home phone calling or some boiler room.  no thx

RECEIVED SEVERAL MESSAGE SEVERAL TIMES/DAYS ON MY CELLPHONE ADDRESS TO MICHAEL BOLTON(???) TO RETURN PHONE CALL FOR 1-888-355-1023 EXT 22, THE CALLER NAME DID NOT LEAVE ANY CLEAR IDENTITY NAME (???) WHICH I DO NOT KNOW HIM AND KEEP LEAVING MESSAGES EVENTHOUGH I HAVE TOLD HIM (SAME VOICE AS THE CALLER'S VOICE) BY DIAL BACK THIS CALLER ID ON MY CELLPHONE  TO STOP SENDING VOICE MAIL MESSAGES. THIS PROBLEM IS KEEP GOING ON AND CREATE INCONVIENCE AND DISTRUBANCES

(Caller left message) Identified himself as Derek Stines with the Department of Central Services. Said there was a legal action pending against me. Told me to call immediately. He said he had the tools at his disposal to help me. Gave number 1 888 355 1023 as his callback number. Obviously some sort of scam. I did not return the call.

Said they would let me settle a credit card debt for my son. They told me number and amount due for 3 months. I give the my bank account number, check numbers and dates to take out money. They took out the first payment
but not the second one. I called them and they said second one paid but the check number nor amount was not reported. When I called them they said they did "different" things. I'm afraid my identity has been stolen and/or funds will be taken out later. HELP!
