I to have recieved calls from the same TFN and even though the computer generated voice says to hang up if your not the person "Mohumud Brew" ??? please hang up.  and they still call once a month!  idiots!!!!!!!!!

This number is calling our Business, requesting information on an employee who worked here about five years ago.  I do not answer.

i am getting nuisance pre recorded phone calls on my busy inbound phone number here. calls are coming from byl collection agency at 888-355-9644. hope you can stop this.

Yes, I just received a letter for 'my final SWG gas bill" from byl which is ridiculous as we have been in this house five years with no missed payments  --------- its phony  SWG should be responsible to collect all the info and go for a law suit through the DA's office not sit back and say "it's nothing to do with us" Oh yes it is. They are trying to scam your customers using false info which they claim is from you - using it the letters SWG and, by the way, using a wrong account number but cleverly beginning that with 211 which, I believe begins every account number of SWG

Just got a message from a 610 number too, with this 888 callback #. Haven't called them back yet, but the one & only bill I have out there & haven't paid yet is my old SW Gas bill. So maybe see if you have any outstanding SW Gas accounts?

I recd a phone call by the name of Jack regarding a debt from 888-355-9644. I checked my caller ID and the call came from 610-350-2343.

My lady friend also recently receiving these annoying robocalls from "BYL Collections". A contact name of "Jack" is left with the call-back number 888-355-9644. The call asks for what sounds like "..a Gilbert Acosta" and then gives a pause with the instruction to hang up then if the receiver is not "Acosta" - suggesting that the incorrect contact would somehow be recorded if disconnected at that pause. However, the calls persist. I had to listen to the duration of the robocall to hear the  "Jack" part. Under the guise of protecting "Acosta's" privacy, this shady outfit does not state its' claim. I suggest contacting authorities and NOT contacting this outfit.

I have been receiving calls from this company for months now; which go to my answering machine.  I finally called them and was told that my phone number is not in their database and that they couldn't help me as they could not remove what wasn't there.  I was told on a second phone call to contact the phone company as they must be forwarding the call to my number and that I needed to tell them to remove the call forwarding.  Not true.

Same scenario as listed in the first post, except the recorded voice was "Jack".  An automated call.

I'm going to block that number.  If it persists after this, I'm going to pursue this further; either Attorney General's Office or possibly the FCC.

Same here. The voice is garbled and it has my name recorded. I have no outstanding debts. They have called me two times. SCAM! Beware!

I too have this company calling me from various numbers with a 610 area code.  However, I looked the company up on the internet and they do exist.  I do not know any scam to have a website as set up as this one is.  Here is the site:

A female voiced recording called and left a message for someone. It stated that they were calling to collect a dept, but the name they refered to was garbled and the name sounds nothing like me, or anyone I know for that matter. The caller said her name was Donell, and she claimed to be from a CYL collections services. She left this number (888-355-9644) and said to call her back, and any information received would be used to collect a dept. I checked the caller ID, I noticed the number (610-840-8100) was not the same number. This concerned me, I reverse looked-up the 610 number and located it as a landline out of West Chester Pa. I looked up CYL Collections Services, and found no data in Pa or anywhere. Beware, this could be a ficticiuos company.
