Please stop calling and leaving messages, it's very rude to call at any hour and bother people with 3 small children and causing disturbance and noise in the house that doesn't get quiet time a lot so when we do we don't want to spend it listening to annoying phone calls about some false debt or whatever. PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!!!

please stop harassing calls.... this is ridiculous. the number keeps calling my house and it is a new number for us, nobody has the number yet.  how do i stop the insanity?

I get calls from this number as well. They leave a message every time, but I can't understand a word of it. First, it is so soft, I can barely hear it. Second, the guy speaks English very poorly. I just delete the voicemails.

Bad Business, Fraudulent in their practice. If you have gave to a charity for a good cause you are at risk.  They have your number and use cloaks to cover their schemes. They will never stop. BBB , Atlanta area, has over 125 complaints regarding Vital Recovery Services. Their reach over the Nation is vast.  They use robo- dialers, and people of question to do their dirty deeds. They share their information they gather with others of their like to harass.  Do not do the following: Answer phone calls from 1888, 1800, 1877, numbers. Period.  Do not donate to charities over the phone. These companies use this shadow to get to you. If you do donate they expect you to do it always! These companies now consider you to be indebted to them. The hook is set.  Check out the BBB WEBSITE , in Atlanta Georgia. Over 125 complaints in 3 years. These are just I assure you, a tip of what is not reported.

This number has caled here like 6 times today alone-- starting at 7:30am.
I screen all our calls and they hang up on the answering machine every single time.

This number was listed as technical support on a spam email recieved 6/3/13 from "Fiserv Secure Email Notification" A very complicated apparent Phishing attempt with .zip attachment and instructions, including how to get it forwarded to your mobile device.

oh and another thing is that they will call from a number that matches the area code of the number of the person they are calling. My phone number has a different area code than where I reside, and the incomming call is always that area code, and my former friend had the same thing, even though his area code is different from mine....just seems sketchy

I have had these people call me at all hours of the day/night. One call was done at 430am. They also will call me 3-4 times in a row, and not leave a message until the last call. Usually it's a recorded message, but today it was "Doug Green". He left a message telling me that this call was my offical notice that I have been "served". He then said if I did not return his phone call he would come to my place of employment. I find it interesting that he called a former friend of mine today also and was rude to him, since he could not provide him with info on where I currently live. I do not believe that these people are trying to recover an actual debt. I think they may be trying to scam people. Most debt collectors will send you letters by mail.
Oh and he told my former friend he was The head inspector, and that my friend has been named in this investigation... how strange, but the people there are certinally VERY rude.

I've been getting calls from this number for some time. We have caller ID and don't answer "toll free caller" calls. I blocked it this morning so I don't expect the phone to ring anymore but suspect it will still be filling our "received calls" log

This number has called me for about 3 years looking for Alicia Miscado, who ever that is.  But thanks for letting me know who the company is I'll contact the FTC and FCC.

How do I get rid of these calls?  They are now calling before 830 AM and the person they are looking for have never lived at this number.  The number has been listed in the same name for over 30 years and it was a new number when first received.  The stupid message about hanging up if you are not the person they are looking for is a joke.  There is no  way to tell them this the wrong number.

this company calls repeatedly every single day and leaves multiple voice mails which is against the law. they need to be schooled on the fair debt collections act. calling 5+ times a day is harrassment. I will never answer their call because of this and they are all RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

calls at random times throughout the day, no idea who it is, no-one is ever on the line if i answer, and if i send it to VM it never leaves a message.

just got a call from this number. usually a recording, but this morning it was an actual person on the other end.  I only took a message for my mother since she was not home. The person name, given, was JAMES and from Vital.  Number to call back was 888-356-4495 ext 3118.  Person did not explain the reason for the phone call.

We receive calls from this number several times a day.  There is never anyone on the line but I can hear breathing.  No one ever leaves a message if the answering machine picks up.

I have received dozens of calls from this number after I asked them to stop calling my home phone.  They won't stop.  I next will report them to Do Not Call as offensive and obsessive.  The name that comes up on my caller ID is 800 Services, but the real company is Vital Recovery a collections agency.

This number has called me several times, leaving a pre-recorded voicemail. The recording claims to be "Bryan Dobson" from "CMAG" wanting to help me with (an implied debt) situation. The recording says they must hear from me by 12 noon tomorrow... except I've ignored this voicemail on several instances and the deadline is always "noon tomorrow".

I have a feeling this has to do with a collections agency that has been harassing me for 3 years. They keep leaving messages from different numbers (sometimes pre-recorded, sometimes real people) asking to settle a debt for someone who isn't me! I've called back at least 5 times over the years to tell them I don't know the person and that they have the wrong number. They always apologize and tell me they'll take my number off the list, but I still keep receiving calls and voicemails.

Report them to your State Attorney Generals office.  Also, if you have a personal lawyer ask about filing a harassment lawsuit and or charges against them. Next time they call give them your attorneys' number and tell them you have nothing to say to them.

Chances are these people bought a list of phone numbers from a some company that had your information on it (ie Name # address).  I NEVER got any phone calls of this type until after I filled out a payday loan application on the internet with one of those "we've got lenders waiting" websites.  They ALL could not approve me for funds at this time because NO payday loan companies can do business either in or over the internet in my state!  
A REAL debt collector has to notify you in writing and you have 30 days to respond to challenge the validity or acceptance of the debt. They must also include the name of the original company/person you owe the debt to!  If you talk to ANY people CLAIMING TO BE A DEBT COLLECTOR tell them you want proof of the debt in writing!  If you don't get it within 7 file a complaint with your state Attorney General !!!

Apparently this number is from a place called Vital Recovery Services (collectors). Part of the message sounds like a telemarketer and the other part sounds like debt collection. My sister said they've called her looking either for me or my father (I'm a jr), however I haven't lived there in 8 years to be contacted there. If anyone googles this number, there is a pretty interesting site with more information on them.

The one time i talked to a real person i explained to her that they had the wrong number.
I was told that they would stop calling.
They have not.

Keeps calling . No idea who it is and my cell number is unpublished! I have blocked this number but they still call.

I have this happen to me at work from time to time.  Inform them that if you receive one more call after you have instructed them to remove your number that you will report them to the FTC, https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.  They will tell you that the number is in an autodialer and you may receive more calls while the removal request is processed.  At that point, I tell them that is their problem and if I receive on more call they will be reported.

This does work, but sometimes there are a few more calls before they stop.

We keep getting phone calls from this number, it is Vital Recovery Service, a debt collector.  The problem, is I am not the person who they are looking for and they don't have a way to let them know that you are not that person.  I finally started calling the number back, today will be my 3rd time calling them back to tell them to remove this number from the list.  The person said I am removed and it will take 48 hours to be completely removed.  

I think the person they are trying to get a hold of must have listed this address at one point, so they put the address in the system and it gets the phone number that way.  It is super annoying.  Hopefully, this will stop now.
