That is crap u can't be sued for a payday loan... Someone is lying.. It's a scam I called the number back and it doesn't even work... Seems fishy to me!!! Looked up the name of the man left on my voicemail called the company they don't even know him..

I ignored the calls too. They kept calling my job, my family, me. Calling me from different numbers and s***. Ridiculous. Well, I got served yesterday leaving work. The guy just walked up and said he gave me a chance to deal with it and now you have been served. :(

A guy name Chris keep calling my cell and job from different numbers one is from 313-308-2363 the other is from 248-384-8435. He say that I am being charged with a claim. He said that he need to verify my address. If they are going to serve me with any papers they don't call first its stupid you would want me to be there. Well I feel it is a scam for some money they need to send me some papers in the mail tell me what I owe to whom I owe and the amount instead of keep calling me asking me my info.

yeah i just got a message saying this is my final notice. like i said they left a message did not say who it was. Also yelling into my voicemail like i was a piece of crap. he gave me a differnet number then what came up on my phone. the number he lefted me was the 888 number and the number that came up on my phone was 216 452 5408

I received a call from a Nathaniel summers stating I owe money, yea I pay alright
