These people call around your neighborhood asking for directions to your house. If you were going to be served with papers they should already know where you live. Got my husbands cellphone number and he was never listed on anything.

If there is a judgement against you there would be a certified letter sent out, then you will be served personally. I have had a similar experience with these people; they are just full of bs and are taking advantage to those who are at a disadvantage.

My coworker recieved a call from this number and they left a message saying i have charges filed against me and im being served. They called the wrong number and gave out info they shouldnt have, i have no clue who this is so im just wondering why these people like to threaten ppl
