They called my number and hung up they've done this 3x each day for the last 2 weeks. I finally called the number and they are looking for a Jamie Bennett :/ Still they're extremely rude.

They called about an unpaid car loan . They said they are NCC the loan co. ,But the man I spoke with was very rude . He had an Eastern Accent Indian would not let me get a word in . All I was trying to explain is that if they don't come to repo the car soon I will be applying for an abandon vehicle title . If someone leaves a car on your property after a required amount of time you can take possesion . My guess would be that they are realy a collection agency . I should mention the car loan is not in my name . I was just doing a favor for someone who was in a bad accident and can no longer drive.

Have been reciving calls 5-6 days per week for over 2 months! Reporting to FTC got no help! It is serious harassment. Are we helpless and at their mercy?
