I recieved a call from this number they said they were Time Warner Cable trying to upgrade me to HD channels. I have HD from them and get all channels except maybe something else they can find a way to charge more for. when I told them this she said she would check to see what I have. She then came back and said I would have to call and request this imformation myself so Why did they call except to rip me off.

I've had several annoying from this number.  I can hear voices in the backround, but no one says anything over the phone. They leave no message.  Very disrupting.  I'm on the national "no call" list but they get through anyway. I call back the number during their "normal business" hours, but a recording says to call back during their buisness hours and they are closed. How do I stop these calls?

Finally answered the call today.  I asked if it was a telemarketing call and caller said no, yet when I asked her what it was about, she said she was calling for Time Warner Cable.  I told her I was not past due and if it was about anything else it was a telemarketing call, I was not interested and I wanted off their list. She said she would place me on a do-not-call list (we know how well that works as I am on the national DNC list yet if you do business with a company, they apparently have the right to telemarket your names out and they do not fall in the DNC range guidelines since you initiated the business contact by doing business with them)

numerous calls, mostly hang ups. Lately they have left recorded message on machine.  It starts very low, Hi this is Mr. Jones from ....... cannot hear no matter how high the machine is turned.  It sounds like Cantatas USA or something of the sort.  It says this call is for.....then a very loud recording comes on noting a series of numbers starting with 000, then it hangs up.  If I call the # back, it says I have reached out of normal hours.  I am tired of the 10+ calls a day, that I am home for.  I do not know how many come in when not at home.

Another annoying call!!  I've had several from this number.  I will not answer and they leave no message.  Very rude and disrupting.  I'm on the national "no call" list but they get through anyway.  Hate it!!!

received call @ 4:13 pm. Did not leave number or message. Said a bunch of numbers and hung up. Started with 000

Received call on a Saturday at 10:45 am. Recorded voice left series of numbers on answering machine, but wasn't a phone number.  Caller ID gave the 888 #.
