Called them back at the 888-368-5024 today. Company name: Mutual Financial Partners. Person was very polite but wanted me to promise payment  or payment arrangements immediately. Made it seem like I was going to be served papers any second. Refused to supply me with any documentation before coming to a payment agreement. Said if I wasn't prepared to make it a priority 'good luck' and hung up.

a call claiming i was wanted for criminal charges about a debt, but she couldn't do anything until i paid the debt. wanted address, work #, cell#... Totally bogus!

Charges filed for a claim. Would not disclose any information, would not mail any information and would not serve such claim. Would not exclaim or explain what the claim was, who it was from or anything in what it was in regards to. Only gave us a number to call and a claim number. They harass us by calling over and over again every 6 months with threatening calls. We have called the police on several occasions and they were unable to trace the caller.

Didn't call me directly but called my work & said she had been by my home but my car wasn't in the driveway. I am off today. Also called my ex husband & told him she had actually gone to my workplace, which is a lie!  Also told him that by talking with him she can say I have been contacted. Now I do owe some creditors and will gladly discuss payment options. Waiting for the opportunity to see it in writing.

They told me that the only way I can get a copy of the papers is I have to wait for the locator to give me the papers. I think that if they are trying to get money from me that I should be able to see what I am being charged with.

No itention of helping them. Just wish one time they would be stupid enough to call from a #
that u could call them back and talk to them so i could remind them what pieces of s$!@ they are!!!

She is a criminal scammer.  If they were legit, they would:  1. already have your address(es), and 2. not give you advance notice of a process server coming.  Do NOT aid them in their skip-tracing!  I would not recommend talking to her again, but if you do, demand they mail you validation of the debt, as required by the FDCPA.  Bet they won't!

Had voicemail from Melissa Thompson saying i had claim against me and my only hope was to call 1-888-368-5024. Said she needed to get ahold of me to get my home and work address so they could serve me papers. I would think if it was legit they would prob already have that info.For so
e reason i get these phone calls about every 6 months or so (maybe they like my voicemail greeting)lol..i did not call the 888# but did try calling her back at # she called me from. Does not ring then mans voice comes on and says this is investigation dept,hang up and do not leave message. Then automatically disconects. Here is an idea for them...GO GET A REAL JOB!!!!!

i got the same phone call saying her name was Malissa Thompson. telling me to call this phone number 1-888-368-5024. they called from 1-302-514-0003. a smyrna, DE number. she called 3 times, just kepted hanging up when it went to voice mail. i never answer a number i dont know. on the 3rd call she left the message.

My sister, mother and myself got very rude phone calls from Kathy Walsh for Walsh Recovery in regards to a supposed debt that I may or may not have. She makes you believe your going to be put in prison if you don't pay her right away during the phone call. I told her to send me all the information regarding my claim and I will handle it from there. She called me again today as if we didn't speak the day before. If this debt is mine I have no problem dealing with it but, you cannot bully people into payment and whoever this person is has no class or clue as to how to deal with someone to collect a debt. Her attitude would either end up in you hanging up on her or cursing her out before you got any information on what she is suppose to be calling you about. Her attitude is you have this debt so I can treat you as nasty as I want and You better Shut Up and Listen. She hung up on both my sister and mother and lead them to believe the police were after me.
