I have received many calls from this number, shows up on caller ID. Have a recorder but they never leve a message.
Once I answered the pnone and found out is was a solicitation for some pnony merchandise, oncd was just a survey.

I am experiencing many annoying calls and hangups from this number.  I am glad to find out who it is. I would like to stop them. I will e-mail a complaint but according to other posts, it does not do any good.

Apparently it's not that easy to sever a relationship with Prescription Solutions. I've spoken with three different supervisors on three different (consecutive) days. Even though I've asked not to be called - and actually said I no longer wish to do business with the company - the calls continue. Unbelievable!  Employee #46026 is now on the case. I'm sure will be as ineffectual as the other supervisors in putting an end to these harassing calls. Perhaps it's time for legal action.

When I called the number yesterday, they answered "Prescription Solutions." I said my home phone number had been called several times and I wanted to know why. No company name on caller ID. No message left. (They initially denied that 888-371-1318 was their phone number!) They didn't know why I'd been called. I asked to be put on their "do not call" list and requested that a supervisor call me back to let me know why I was being subjected to repeated calls when I had no open orders. When I got home today there was another call from Prescription Solutions! Won't be doing business with this company any more.

If you have done business with Rx Solutions, it's not illegal for them to call you.

Thanks for the info have gotten many calls this week along with an email from Prescription Solutions.  Everytime I answer they hang up.  Will not be using them anymore and will be emailing a complaint as suggested.

I just called this # from my cell phone-it comes back to Prescription Solutions. If any of you order prescriptions online, this is who is calling you. I'm guessing that they don't leave a message due to privacy reasons, but they've called my house many times and done this plus this morning did not answer when the phone was picked up. The FCC identifies this type of call (not answering when phone is picked up) as an "abandoned call" and provides a way to file an online complaint on their website.

I am writing an email to Prescription Solutions to put them on notice that this will not be tolerated and suggest you all do the same. I will also let them know the FCC does not allow for this, any further correspondence should be done via USPS and any further calls will be subject to litigation.
