Exact same number just now called. Set your voicemail/answering machine to pick up after two rings. Use this message: "Please leave a message" and nothing else. They never leave a message or hang up immediately. If it's a legit person they'll leave a message and you can call back.
Unfortunately, outfits like this are a reality and you just have to play the game. I choose voicemail to save me the headaches.

Debt collection for Victoria's Secrets (perhaps others) Call back and push prompts for account number - enter 00000 and then 0000 for "last four of SSN" and you go to a real person. They can access your files by home number and tell you why they called.

Too bad we can't trash their system when they call.  They have used 2 different numbers with me:
913-563-5508 and 614-212-7550.  I intend to tell them not to call anymore.  Can't the Attorney General do something about these crooks?

just got this call on June 18 for a call back.  Caller ID number was 614-212-7551 and they ask me to call 800 -695-9795.  Ask for SS to get right account.  Did not do it. Hung up

i had that said it was world financial network national bank regarding victoria's secret asking to call them at (888) 376-6601.  my wife has the vs angel card, which is serviced by wfn national bank, but something about it seemed shady, so i called the number on the statement.  the representative i talked to said "we have a lot of numbers" and when i asked if this one specifically was one of theirs he said yes.  he didn't seem to want to waste much time with me though, so i'm not sure he actually paid attention to the number i asked about.

in general, it's safer to call the number on your statement.  the number they asked us to call in the message may have got me to what i needed faster (aren't automated menus great?) but this way i knew i wasn't giving information to someone who shouldn't have it.

I am a customer representative for Victoria Secret & yes we have identified this issue & currently working hard to resolve it.

World Financial is in fact the bank who our credit card company issues credit cards through, however, the ph#888-376-6601 representing they are calling for Victoria Secret/World Financial is an imposture.
It is not Victoria Secret nor World Financial ph#, or affiliated, none whatsoever!
This is a scam & they are phishing for SSN#/credit card# information for fraud, etc. Their automated system is so sophisticated that it took a lot of investigating to identify them as phony's.
DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO TO THIS PRETENTIOUS SPAMMER!!!!!!!

It must be some kind of phishing to get Social Security number or something.  My message said they were Moore Financial Network National
Bank.  There is no such thing as far as I can find on the Internet.  They said it was about Victoria's Secret but could not say more without validation.  I have no account with Victorias Secret, and was not about to give social security number to some criminal.

Called and left a message stating that it was urgent that I call them. They stated it was not a sales call. I did not call back after seeing several posts about the same number.
