They keep calling my Dad and say they are investigating me for Check Fruad and all this other crap. I wish they would stop the call to him.

My Grandma got a call from my wife saying some non sense about check fraud. Investigator Tate was her name. She called back and told her that they have no information on it so I had her just hang up the phone. Big scam!

They contacted my best friend on her cell phone and also had my cousin's name and my email.  They were threatening to file a criminal case in magistrate court if I didn't settle an $871 bad check debt....of which they can not provide me any documentation to prove.  Oddly enough, they claim it was from 2006.  TOTAL SCAM.  I have since put another freeze on my credit and reported them to the FTC and IC3.

INVESTIGATOR COX W/FOWLER INVESTIGATIONS LEFT A VOICEMAILE FOR ME ABOUT CHECK FRAUD.  WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK HE COULD NOT FIND A RECORD OF MY PHONE NUMBER OR MY NAME IN HIS DATABASE.  WHEN HE ANSWERED THE PHONE IT WAS JUST HELLO.  DID NOT ANSWER AS A BUSINESS WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE.

I received a call telling me there was check fraud as well.  I tried calling back and it would not go through.  A lady by the name of Shery Walson left me a message.  I figured they were full of crap.

They called my grandmother telling her that I would have to call back in 2 hours. I did and no answer....left my number. No return call that day and until today. They never answer when you call back. It's a scam, because I don't even USE my grandmother's number for any business matters. So, they had to look up my mailing address to get the number to her home. Investigator Jimeson from Fowler Gibson is a crock of ####.
