I received the exact same message. Not sure what it is as I have not seen any papaerwork or mail stating this. Have you heard back from them?

I received a call today from a lady named Leslie Richard she said she was with Process Service Incorporated and I was being sued by Epstein & Rothman.  She said I was going to be served papers and they could serve me at work and to make sure I didn't have any dangerous dogs on my property. She then gave me a different number to call 954-391-5721 if I had any questions.  Then she wished me good luck.

I got a call from them today, myself, left a message asking for my work address, so they could serve me with a paper. ia m pretty sure if they are going to serve me they would have doen it by now. i did not call them back. i know my rights. And last year i sued a company for harassing me at work. these people dont know when to stop. thedy really need to leave folks alone and thank you all for the information you provide for these folks.

I've had the same.  This lady named Tiffany at 18883912134 called me at work and told me to call Mrs. Collins so that papers can be served on me. This company Epstein & Rothman Firm sent a fax to my work with no address etc wanting my salary.  HR has told them they will not supply any info to them.  I spoke to Mrs. Collins and asked her to sent me a license number, address etc so that I could confirm her company and she has never done so.  Now, after 2 weeks the calls have started again.  Mrs. Collins was extremely rude on the phone.

I have been receiving calls from this number all week.  I answered the 1st call were a man told me he had just beenout to serve me some papers and i was not home so he will not waste his time to come back to my house and that i should call this number.  Sounded like a load of bull so i didnot call the number.

Got a call from the same number 888-382-6519. Called back the number and they said they are a process server attempting to collect on a debt I have never heard of. When I told them I had never had that debt and I needed more information on them and the debt, they hung up. Be careful, could be a scam company. I'm calling the police to inform them about them.

My step mom took a message for me,or my lawyer to call the F.B.I.with a case #.I havent ever lived at her address.If the F.B.I. was looking for me. I am sure they know right where I am. how do I report this?I am not calling them.

Thank you so much for sharing this information with me. All of the sudden, I am getting all of these calls that I owe all of these people. I am not knowing who or what companies these people are with at all.  I am sooooo happy that I have not paid anyone anything...

I tell you..they just called me. Talking abouy serving papers to make sure there were no dogs on propeety, i asked what property and she stated thats what she needs to confirm with me....riiiiiiiight.  keep trying.  They claim to be from.epstein n rothmann.  No such firm.  They took money from my bank debt card, cancelled it and charged back all tbey took. Got it back and these crooks wont see a dime.

I just got a message from them.  Are they legit?  or are they just trying to scare people into paying?  Also said I should call "Mrs Colins"..

me too if your a server you should have my address already not wanting me to call back and give it to you wouldn`t say what it was for, and then may god have mercey what a crock of caa caa no REAL co. would ever say that

I received this message as well. I called the number he gave me which is different from the number he is calling from. They wanted to serve papers. I called Ms. Collins and told her that I needed validity of the debt on the 10th and just received the letter on the 19th. I gave them my card number, but didn't have the funds available until the validity was confirmed. Needless to say I just received the letter and called my bank to cancel my card and they asked the name of the company and told me a woman just called him with the same complaint on her bank account. It is a letter with a letter head that reads "The Epstein & Rothman Firm" ...no address or phone number. No return address on the envelope. No name of who signed of on the letter....They will hear back from me MONDAY....may God have mercy on their souls. The also sent me an e-mail but the domain is invalid.

me too!!  i just received the EXACT MESSAGE from that place!!  They state on my vm that the business is Process Serve Ink......

the number called my sister and told her they were looking for me to serve papers.
