Have received numerous calls from this phone number.  When you answer the phone, no one says anything.  Extremely annoying!!

They never talk and it's twice a day. When called back I heard OPEN FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS!!???

I'm getting calls from this number on my Vonage phone which I wondering if Vonage is getting paid for client information.

Calls at least twice a day... when I answer, there is never anyone on the other end.

Sits there for 2 seconds then hangs up.

My office is receiving calls from this number multiple times a day.  They hang up when we answer and when I call them back (thank you Caller ID) I get a recording that the number is no longer in service.

Keep getting calls on business line. They appearantly are changing their caller ID, says "Toll Free Number".
Never anyone there. If there ever is, I am going to let them have it.

What a PITA. We have Amex cards that we only use at Costco. I suppose that means they can legitimately call and pester us? I'm going to have to do the opt-out bc I do run a small business from home and these damn useless calls drive me CRAZY.

FREQUENT ANNOYING CALLS

Call "unavailable" then leave music on answering machine. No one there if picked up. Fills up answering machine.

Received to calls from this number during the day. When I checked my voice mail, it was just elevator music playing (1st time for 5 minutes, 2nd time for 2 minutes). Caller ID just listed "TOLL FREE CALL".

I called AmEx about this number and they said not only was I already "Oped out" of every offer, but that this was not one of their numbers.  It only took her a moment to check.

I didn't answer, so I cannot verify this is AMEX OPEN, but I do do business with them, so that would seem likely. Called an left a four minute "on-hold music" message. This is the fifth time in the last two weeks this number has done this to me.

I have received daily calls, sometimes more than once a day, from this number for months.  I finally answered today, and, just like some other folks in this site, they hang up.  So why bother us if they are just going to hang up on us??????

Caller ID read, "OPEN TEAM AMEX".  Didn't answer.

been getting calls from this number atleast twice a day with a hang up.  No wonder I hate AMEX.

Call rec'd @ 2:41PM on my business line, I answered with my company name and nobody responded.... got the 'click-buzz' treatment.  AMEX has called me previously in the past year hyping new business card I could/should apply for.

Call came in, I could hear that someone was there, but nothing was said. I waited a minute and then hung up.
