Have been getting calls for years for someone looking for Tammy McKee. They called at my old number on my old cell phone and now at my new number on my new cell phone. I've changed names and locations and cell phone companies but I keep getting calls for Tammy McKee from at least dozen of numbers. They don't try to sell me anything. Today I went to develop film and they asked for my number. I gave it to them and they asked me if I were Tammy McKee! THAT is TOO WEIRD. Most recent call came from this number.

Called claimed they were a Collection Agency if I got that right it was Everest Receivable. As is not me who they where looking for they said they will remove me from the caller list.

They call me day and night looking for a person I don't know. Maybe they would like to get a call from the F.B.I. or worse. DON'T CALL ME AGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call me every single day. I blocked the # but they still leave a message. Is a guy with like an arabic accent. He doesn't say where's he calling from or what about so I don't call back. Very annoying.

This is no for Penn Foster online school.  Is automated.

They keep calling my cell phone looking for a Brenda Price. I don't know this person and I jave had my number for about 4 years. Hubby got me got me a call filter for my android so I can block the damn calls. ERS sound like a debt collector.

if the calls are automated....save each on on your phone to keep a record. after 30 days report it....then seek a lawyer, each one may be worth up to 500 hundred usd. however with that said...it may well work different if they are a collection agency. if you at any time talk with them and tell them to discontinue/take your phone number off the list.....guess what? they can be sued.

they are pushy and mean too. I had a guy tell me he was going to take civil action on me if I didn't pay. and basically begged me to make a payment. I told them to send me a statement and they wouldnt

They called my cell asking fro my wife, I told them any information that you have to my wife please send it by mail, funny thing my cell number wasn't on the account.
Also, my wife got an email from her boss on asking her to call Robert Reed at that number for legal information. Funny thing my wife wasn't working at that time, how did they get her present information, I guess they are getting it illegally?

They bought my wife account from Kay's Jewerly which she had in 2010. They are getting to aggressive, I know by federal law that they have notifed us by mail, un which they have not done.

I got a call to call this number this is for ERS Group, stating that they buy past bills to get money. They call it a "breach of contract" and they need to comfrim an address. I told them that if they bought the bill they should have the address and I hung up.

I got this automated call from "Julie" looking for someone I do not know.  I kept waiting for the message to ask if I was not the person in question.  The original call came from 712-522-2414.  Most likely collections agency.

Have received many calls from this number; for the past six months. They never left a message; and I don't answer the phone if the number is unfamiliar. I get the calls from 312-300-7791; "Julie" robot instructs you to call press 1---IF you can confirm an address for the person they are looking or. I AM/WAS NOT the person they are looking for.

Later in the prompts "Julie" tells you to call 888-397-2894.

I call 888-397-2894; to tell them to take my phone number out of their database. I didn't ask who they were because they'll either lie, or tell you "it's confidential". From other posters it seems that it is a collection agency.

Bottom line they are not looking for me. Will make FTC complaint though.
