they call saying they have papers for me and a process server would bring them out if I would say what time I would be home now I don't know who would be suing me  and for a process server to call you this is definitely a scam

I'm with you Sir Bedevere, I think sd n sc is full of it. A couple of post before they were talking about reporting them to BBB and taking legel action and now they are saying how helpful they . I got a couple of calls from them with the same story. They even had a different name than mine. I thought they mabe had a wrong number and was going to call them to let them know that they were calling the wrong number.Then I decided to check the Tel # online first.

The phone call you describe violated several laws. That's why they will never show up at your home or place of work ever. They're just trying to scare people into paying them without thinking.

I think you're lying. Why, in the scenario you described, would you seek out a phone number web site to write about your experience? I suspect this phone number is being used for scams and you are trying to lend it undeserved credibility... for reasons that anyone reading this will be able to intuit easily.

I also got a call from them they helped me figure out was going on and  with their help my credit improved. They are a great help if you want to improve your credit!

I have never banked there? They must be crazy.

I got a call from this number also. They said they would be coming to my home or place of work in about 3 hours to serve me legal papers. They said my case was in a county I have not lived in, in 10 years. I called the county court house and they said I did not have any charges pending. They said they got calls from people all the time saying the same thing I did. I think it is some type of scam or something. I called them back and told them I was waiting on them.

I have received multiple calls to my work, friends and family. The same messages as the above has stated. It is not my SS# nor correct spelling of my name. I will be pressing for legal action against this company. I don't owe anybody anything. They are full of S***. They said they will remove the call list on my account. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and pursing legal action if I get ONE more call from Associated United.

I received a call from this number as a supposed debt collector. the company name was united associates group I was told the same thing about the process server would be here later today for a credit card debt through a bank I've never heard of. I tried looking up some information on them and found nothing. so I call them back to ask some questions and get more information. The guy on the phone stuttered with some of his answers and it doesn't seem legit to me.

Thank you. I just received the exact same message as you indicated. I called the # and they answer Corporate Office. I actually do not have any debt with Bank of America so I do not know what they are calling for. As a Paralegal myself I love how they try to sound so official and threatening. Any ligit law firm is going to leave specific details for the reason for the call. Next time, I will be sure to answer the call and give them the legal jist and tell report them if necessary.

I have received many automated or hang up calls from this number.  Today the left a message stating they had a process server that would be serving me in the next 3 to 4 hours.  They told me I fould call them back and speak to someone regarding this.  I did a public records search for my county and there are no cases filed against me.  I dealt with this a couple of years ago with the caller stating the same thing.I did some online research and couldn't find much info about who this may be.  I found one thing that did say it was aBank of America debt collector.  I did have a debt with them, but that was many years ago.  I believe this company is a scam.  I would suggest if anyone gets a phone call from them to do 2 things; first check your county civil records.  If there is a summons, there must be a case filed with your county civil court.  Two, know the statute of limitatiions for your state.  I reside in Texas , and the sol in my state for a debt to be collected is 5 years.  Which I am long past witth this debt or any other ones for that matter.  And yes, in a perfet world I would pay my old debts.  I just think it is hard enough without a company that uses threatening and dishonest tactics to try and squeeze money out of people when they have no right to be
