They keep calling me with their robocalls in my former name. I called them back and some guy mumbled "ERM". I asked him what that was, and it's a bottomfeeder bill collector called Eclipse Receivables Management, run by a husband and wife team in Florida, Scott and Kim Wojzak. They're not on any of my credit reports, never have been, and they've never sent me a bill or anything in writing so I know they're just another junk debt buyer calling on expired debt or even something I don't owe and never did owe. Their voicemail doesn't give their company name or say it's a collection call, so they're violating numerous collection laws. I'll just give them a few more chances to hang themselves before I sue these lowlifes.
