I have been getting messages from this number also.  The guy says that  his name is Rogers Stevens and they are looking for a Rochelle Robinson and the case # is 359-042 and they have my SSN# and I have a court date on June 24th and unless they hear otherwise they are going to come to my home and I need to be home to get the paper work.  The real problem is that I keep getting calls for this person and I do not have anyone with that name in my home.  Before I saw this site I thought maybe the company was calling the wrong person   and so I left a VM saying you have the wrong person and to stop calling.  Anyway I feel better now knowing that this is just a scam to try and scare others.  I hope that others will check to see what is going on before they give into the scam.

I just received the same call and have been the number is blocked so i have not answered but he leaves a voicemail and says he will b e by my house with proper identification i need to sign etc. He says he has my social and it needs to be directed to the filing party for any questions. He didnt even leave a number to call back at but says unless he hears differently he will be by to see me. I got sooo scared until I saw you all comments. Thank you so much. I will post back if he does come by but I believe its a scam too...

Did he ever show up?  I think it is a scam.  I am getting the same calls.

i got a call from a blocked number saying that they need me to be av. for service perposes tomorrow with proper ID. He stated that he would come to my work or home before 5pm. i assume to serve me with something. Ellen did you actually get served?

hey ellen yes i had got a strange call like that last month from a guy sayin he had something i needed to sign then left a number i then called back and the told me it was for a loan from loan point i asked when it was takein out they said 2008 i didnt recall so he went into my banking info and it was an account i had when loan was given i didnt recall he explained that if it was fraud why would the company take u to court if they didnt have proof i ended up paying them recived a email saying the debt the amount who i paid and stats debt has ben satisfied i havent gotten any calls all month sense i paid id think if they were a scam they wouldnt give me a paid in full letter or any contact info on them the guy had said if i didnt get a paid in full letter to call back n if still no letter that i can do something called a charge back to avoid payin somethin i felt scamed on so i guess over all i feel good about it they sent me what i asked for and i have a paid in full letter so no one can collect on this lmk what happens with u good luck

Number came up private, and I answered. They said they are a collector for a cash advance loan taken out in 2008, from a loan provider that I do not recognize named loan point. I said I don't remember this. They said it's been so long that you probably wouldn't. Not sure if this is real, or if I did this loan and not paid it back. I have a friend who got a similar call a year ago and it ended up a scam and they lost 1200.00
They have my s.s# and email but again they could of bought my info from someone. Not sure what to do. They said if I don't pay today that I have to go to court for fraud charges.
