My Fiance's grandmother received a call a month ago stating she was the 2nd place winner of the Mega Millions. The 2nd place prize is "$650,000". A joseph miller, jack delane, and a jerry holloway were involved. She is STILL dealing with these fools as I type this complaint. She has sent over $18,000 to these lowlife scums. and now they want more!!!! she REFUSES to believe that it is a scam! She is being so hard-headed and stubborn. She is about to lose her car (bc she took a loan out on it) and my fiance is about to lose his truck (bc he wanted to help his grandma). I printed out these other complaints for her to look at, AND SHE STILL WONT BELIEVE IT! I've done all the research i could do but she just won't listen!

This phone number contacted a good friend of mine yesterday and told him that he had won $650,000 in a mega millions lottery. They were posing as U.S. Customs and told him that before he could get this check that he had to pay a duty fee 0f $1400 U.S. dollars. They claimed that the lottery was from New York. I mean hello come on if i win a lottery inside of the U.S. why would i have to pay customs. Luckily my friend contacted me and alerted me of this. I immediately thought it was a scam, but my friend was not so skeptical. He is an older man and only has a 6th grade education. Thankfully I was able to help him keep his $1400.
