I got a call from this number asking for a Dwayne Harris asking to call a Jennifer Anderson, I have no ideal who this person is and why they are call me.

If they are a collection agency they need to get there information correct and stop calling people asking for incorrect information.  What needs to happen is a class action lawsuite against these people
