crock of crap file number 934947 noone here by that name

They just called me at work, my home phone number and also a relative (with a new phone number). They threaten, and refuse to mail anything. The rep stated that they could not put anything in the mail because the last time that they mailed something with their address on it, somebody ended up in the parking lot with a gun. I said to NOT put the return address on the envelope. She said that it could be taken care of today if I would agree to pay over the phone. I said that I could not pay over the phone and would like to see something stating what was going on. She said NO and hung up!

i recived a call from ths 888-434-2048, and would like this number to be reported, Its all a scam,as reading the other posts, they said the same thing to me on a message about coming to get me, well then send me the bill!!! dont threaten me, NOR call my family with these threats, oh yes, and they left a case number! one time i called them and they demanded my DEBIT card, r u kidding, i said, mail me the bill, and i will mail a money order, they refused of course to give me any info.

ACS Group , Sent me a debt validation letter through email, is it real ?

I keep getting a call from this number (Agent Henson) looking for an "Ethal Allan", however my name is nowhere near Ethal Allan. They say its about a restraining order and that they will come to my house within the next hour and if i am not available there then they will come to my work place. They gave me their number "888-434-2048" and case number c420439... This happens at least once a month and it is getting very old very fast.

We received a call today from this number, from an Agent Hansen claiming to be a state process server. She didn't say what state, we're in North Eastern region of the US and she definitely sounded southern, very odd. She claimed my father owed money on a loan and they were headed to our home RIGHT NOW. If they couldn't find him there they would go to his work. If he wasn't there he'd get a failure to appear in court and a judgement ruled in their favor. After reading on other sites it appears this is fraud and they are trying to get bank account or credit card info from people. I am not planning on calling them back and will file with the State Attorney's office if necessary. According to other sites, when asked. for paperwork the people working claim they can't or won't or can only email it. Which is against the law! Please be careful!
