THIS IS A FRAUD. MY MOTHER CALLED AND GAVE ALL HER INFORMATION AND THEY CHARGED HER ACCT UP TO $500. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REPORT OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FRAUD.

they called me and told me i was a winner but i've called to claim my prize and paid taxes and other fees now noone is calling me it sounds like i should be wary help me understand their scam

OMG ! I PAID ALL OF THE FEES THEY WERE ASKING BECAUSE I WAS EXICTED NOW I CALL THEM LOOKING FOR MY PACKAGE TO PUNTA CANA SANTO DOMIGO OR A CHOICE OF 3 OTHER PLACES AND NO ONE IS RETURNING MY CALLS. I WISH I FOUND THIS WEBSITE BEFORE HANDING OVER ALL MY INFORMATION SO THEY COULD TAKE OUT THE FUNDS BUT TOOO LATE. TO ALL HARD WORKING CITIZENS DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION YES IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Lourdes is right.... They did the same to my mother and now I am stuck calling them hoping it's not a scam because she was nieve and felt for it... I told her with these trouble times it's too good to be true.. the rep that I spoke with was Beatrize #4780 and the Director of this co. is Raquer Campor. I am so pissed I wish this on nobody... Ohh Forgot to mention they called my job for my mother.

I was driving home on Oct 10,09 at around 5:20 p.m listening to a spanish radio station call La Ley 107.9 (Chicago,IL) And this lady was offering a 4 day Vacation package to Disney World free, To the 10th Caller And I call guess what, I was the lucky winner they told me you are the 10th caller and hung up....1 minute later a get a cal fro this number (888-439-0060) telling me that congratulations you are the winner of the Disney world Package all you have to do is give me your information and your credit card number so we can charge a fee of $259 And will send you the package with your certificate number.....I declined the price and they hang up on me...Beware this is a faxe promotion....

My mom almost fell for this scam too. Same thing as Lourdes said but this time they wanted the name of the person whose song has the word "asucar" in it. Every Hispanic knows it's "Celia Cruz." Way too easy and then they wanted $300 of her credit or debit card. Thank god I found this page and told her not to call back with her information.In this case she spoke to Hector Montalvo same Tel. # etx. 4779. website vacationusa.com If this happens to report it, call 311 and they will direct you.

thanks God i saw this before giving my information to those people i was so convince that they were serious people they keep on asking me to give them my credit card number  and they hang up on me when i told them that i wasn't interested anymore

My mom saw the same commercial on TV as Lourdes mentioned above but they asked for the name of Jennifer Lopez husbands name instead of the food plate name. They gave my mom the same info, telephone number, address, and company name everything exactly like Lourdes mentioned above. Those people are scamming b*****ds that are just ripping people off. Beware about those people.

My mom saw a commercial, it was a contest they had on TV, if you get the name of a certain spanish typical food plate you win a trip to puntacana, Dominican Republic but there was a fee of aprox $349, she needed to pay to secure her trip. But they only wanted debit or credit card information. Supposably they have this recording that would guarantee you the travel of six people including food etc.. Their phone number is 888-439-0060 ext. 4784, I spoke to a Charles Zapatta, the address they gave me is real but the business name is not a match for that address. The name of the company they gave me was Blue Diamond Tour/Tools Universal located at 8405 NW 53rd Street, Suite B220, Miami Florida. She gave me the company Tax ID: 650952306. I looked up all this information and came up with nothing. Everything sounds to good to be true. They gave me a personal e-mail: Gera_vgs16@hotmail.com. All to try to have me give my mothers credit card information. I declined of course. But beware..this smells fishy!
