had a message with a lady's voice saying it was B of A calling and to call at earliest convenience. 1-888-440-6341. Didn't call back.

I had a message on my  answering machine that said to call Bank of America......I did not call back. I got on line to see if I could figure it out?   The caller ID on my phone said it was 800 service

I looked the number up on the internet and others had received calls from the same number with no message left and when they returned the call they did not get anyone.  Should I just forget?  Try to call them??

I forgot to put in the last message what the phone number was of the bank of amercia.
It was 888-440-6341.  I do not know if was Bank of America or not??? That was the message that they left

I received (so far) two calls on my cell phone from 888-440-6341.  One was on 9/3/08 at 5:33 p.m. PDT, and the other was on 9/4/08 at 10:11 a.m. PDT.  No message was left in voicemail either time nor did I answer to see who it was.  For obvious reasons, I don't answer calls from toll-free numbers I don't recognize.

This outfit, "800 service" calls me frequently.  The number is 1 888-440-6341.  They do not leave a message.  I barely caught it this am, but my recording was playing, so I tried to hea rthem.  it sounded like a recording, and when I tried to answer it, they hungup.  I am on the nat'l do not call list.  I am going to report them to the gov. unwanted call website.

No details really, they called my cell phone and left no message.  Trying to figure it out.

called at 6:07; bank of america. called back...they hung up.

got a call around 6 15 pm. didn't leave a message.

claims to be Bank Of America. I have not called back to confirm.
