Someone has called me from United Global call Hatem Fouad to offer me a good plan on international calls from US to Syria for 17¢/m and I accepted and paid $300 then i figured out that they scheming company while i check my balance after every call it's not fair  and tried to call the customer service, they don't answer then tried to dispute on it.

This company harrasses people , you need to stop calling me i've told you NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT interested, STOP CALLING ME and put me on your DO NOT CALL LIST>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Its a company called United Globalnet , its an international calling service, i ended up subscribing to it, good quality and reasonable rates, check out their site online.
