Got a call.  they wanted to refinance my existing mortgage of $205,000 from Metrocities MTG LLC.  they asked about my existing terms (6.5%-30 year fixed).  They offered a 2.0% 30 year fixed and so i submitted documents and was acepted.  i have been in this loan for two years now and everything has been going just fine.  The company handled paperwork and documentation just fine.

I wish I could get more call like this--so helpful and I never asked for anything.

This company is a fraud, I believe. They had my daughter's name, her grandmother's address, asking to refinance her mortgage (there is not mortgage on this address) that she currently has at Amarillo Nat'l Bank. We have no accounts at that bank! When I called them, I asked where they got their info and they said, "Thank you for your time, Ma'am" and hung up me! No identifying name or anything!
