Big Business is trying to get larger.  I agree that instead of using recording surveys why not try reaching out to help others, and make their business aforable.  Everything today is about money and power!  It is so sad.

H&R Block Survey for using them to do your taxes. Not malicious, they just want feedback.

Received a call from this number, caller ID showed 800 number.  From other responders it is supposed to be an H&R Block satisfaction survey but they did my taxes several months ago so I don't think it is them.  Have not decided whether or not to call the number back.

I just had my taxes done by H&R Block and was very satisfied with the service. I would have gladly answered the phone and told them so if the caller ID had said "H&R Block".

Just reaffirming it is an H&R Block 5 question survey. I had just finished my taxes with them the day before.

Had 2 calls in one day. They didnt leave a message. H&R Block did our taxes too so was probably them.

Got call and CID said 800 service, I don't answer bogus caller ID numbers. Sorry whoever it was. Too much scam calls and telemarketers. IF it was H&R Block, why not just put that as your Caller ID? Would more people answer you if you were TRUTHFUL in your Caller IDENTITY???

Just had my taxes done and I specifically stated NO CALLS, NO SURVEYS.

Annoying call to cell phone...no response when I answered.  Just had taxes done at H&R Block YESTERDAY!  Not 100% sure that's who called but seem suspicious. Jerks.

I believe this # is in violation of the release call option.  We tried to terminate the call 5 times & each time the call was still on the line. H&R Block survey & have no idea why they are calling the business line.  Nobody here uses them.

I guess it could be H&R because I did my taxes with them and about 3 days later I've received that call off course I didn't answer

Received call today.  Looks like from this post it is H&R.  I got my taxes done last night..... and DONT want any calls from them.  Any way to get off their list?

H&R Block for a satisfaction survey the day after they prepared my taxes.

H & R Block survey.  Just did my taxes yesterday and already got a call from HR Block.  Missed call. No voicemail left.

Keep getting messages from this number with no reason why I should call back just to call Emma. Calls not appreciated.

You're getting a call from this number because you gave H&R Block consent to call you and ask a few survey questions. It's an automated call. And usually with these types of calls, they stop attempting to contact you after a few attempts.

It would have been smart on H&R Block's part to make sure the caller ID would display something like "H&R Block Automated Survey" instead of allowing it to display as unknown. I'm sure the company would get a ton more completed surveys.

Second call in 2 hours. Didn't answer either one, no voice mail left.

It is a survey and if you got your taxes done at an H&R Block they advise you that you will be given a call so you can give your feedback on your experience there. Completely automated. When you file you are given a Privacy Notice that says H&R Block will not share your information with anyone. No need to worry. It's just a survey.
