I was contacted by this same company due to the fact that someone used my name as a "contact".
JUST so everyone knows, this is NOT the "Amway" company. This company is using AMWAY'S name. I used to be an Amway distributor and was appalled that Amway would stoop so low. So I contacted the Amway Company with questions. I have reported this to Amway and they are doing an investigation.

These ppl are call my job and saying that I have a bad check and that I need to call them back and I dont even have a loan out but they will not stop calling my work phone. What do I do?

This number constantly calls me and all my relatives within a 100 mile radius. It's total harrassment and a scam. Beware!

Legal process service company for Western Sky loans. Operates under Amway (of all companies). I filed bankruptcy, this loan was one of the creditors. Western Sky is now trying to charge me in civil court with breach of contract and returned check charges on the same loan. I gave them my attorney's information and requested several times and the rep, Debra Williams, refused to contact them. I calmly repeated their information and refused to say anything else. I hung up on her when she again refused to contact the attorney.
