15 calls in 2 days! No message, nobody on the other end.

I have had 27 calls yesterday and 4 today.

receiving 3 to 4 calls daily for the past week. Do not call me any more. I do not want to switch from the provider I  have.

Direct Energy  is  not a good  company to do business .
The y will sell you in a long term contract at an attractive price, but do not tell you that when the contract ends the KWH price might go up 50 % , after they put you on a month to month contract.

When you use them, and maybe other alternative suppliers,  you have to keep track of the unit price.
In my case the contract ended in September after the high usage of the summer month.
The total dollar amount of the bill came in lower and I did not check the unit number and was not aware of the  50 % price increase for several month.
I tried to call them several times, but never got a life body.They will call you , but you can not call them.

Receiving calls 3 to 4 times per day for last four days; when I answer, nobody is on the line. When I do not answer, they do not leave a message.

My husband signed up with a door-to-door salesman.  Then I had to find away to cancel within 3 days.  After many many phone calls that I couldn't get through, I finally found a phone number that worked.  It was on a complaint web site.  It was a customer care/help with enrollment number. (1-888-448-9990).  It may take about 10 minutes but at least I got through.  We also sent the cancel form in by register mail.  But I did have a terrible two days trying.  My husband should have know better than to sign with a door-to-door salesman!

I am getting at least 2 calls a day.A call to my attorney will be next.

direct energy calls after inflating my bill with variable rate for a year when a fixed rate ended after first year. watch out for direct energy. drop it fast. Dominion Energy is the best. Read the fine print 4 direct energy ti avoid price gorging.

This is the second call today. I called back after the first call and they said my account was being closed. They said they wanted to reinstate it. I told them I going back to my old company.

please get these people to stop harassing us....FOUR call today and it is not even 3PM

Called Yesterday and Today on my VoIP line while I wasn't home. They do not leave messages.

I am tired of these unsolicited ....nobody there phone calls.....The people who are responsible (and you know who you are), should be prosecuted!!!

Threaten to call your Attorney and get them for harassment. That usually works.

I would like these calls to stop.

Try blocking their number. It works for me.

They call every day and do not leave a message.  Twice today.  I would like to know who you are that is so desperate to get ahold of me.

These people call me DAILY. I have called them and demanded to be taken off their call list and each time they say they have taken me off. This was 2 weeks ago and still they call. Told them today that 1 more call and I will file a harrassment report with the FCC as my phone number is on the national Do Not Call list.

it is Direct Energy.  Will not take no for an answer.  I am not switching power providers!!!
