I as well was contacted today with all the same threats of fraud, contacting my supervisor, seeing me in court and what not.  When I asked them to send me something they denied. When I asked if they had a website, they never answered.  When the ?local? rep called me back (who they had never heard of when I called them about 20 min earlier) he declined to meet me at his office or at a neutral location, as in a coffee shop, like I recommended.  This is a SCAM.  Read your laws know your rights.  DO NOT give any personal info on the phone.

Anyone know how to stop these people?  I am sick of being harrassed at work by Kim Walls, 877-231-2945, ext. 331.  She is SO RUDE!  She intimidated me into making a payment agreement, and now is threatening with court papers being served at my place of employment, and DENIES threatening to have me arrested!!  Liar!

i just got a call from them at work about a debt i owe and they were going to serve me papers at work and take me to court.  i started asking questions because they all say that to get u to pay.  transferred me to a "supervisor" and asked for more information on this company.  they didnt want to give me a physical address. gave me the po box.  i do not believe they are real attys because i asked for proof and they were unable to send me any information.  i even told them they could fax it to me.  they didnt even want to fax me a copy of the bill i owe or any proof they were actual attys.  they r good ones though but couldnt give me any proof when i asked for it.  now if they were real attys they wouldnt have a problem giving me proof.

Go to California's Attorney Generals website and file a complaint on these scum bags. I just did and will do so again if they call me. I have no debt and they are illegally calling me.

They state that they are USC MEDIATION FIRM or a LITIGATION COMPANY. They state that they are located at P O Box 5444, Los Angeles, CA 90001. They won't give you an exact location and are very rude. I MEAN RUDE. They will constantly try to drill you on why you're calling or who you're calling about. The so called supervisor, Ms Micks will also tell you if you're in need of speaking to another supervisor that you will not be able to because she is the supervisor for the entire department and will not give you any other information regarding their company.   If you try calling back, PLEASE BLOCK YOUR NUMBER because all they do is transfer you to Ms. Micks aka Ms. RUDE.    I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR.
