It seems that I am replying to my own message - and I guess I am in a way - I just want to express my gratitude for those people who replied and expressed the same problems that I had. Consumers have to stick together to fight these crooks. Thanks to all who replied. Hopefully they'll catch the scoundrels and make THEM PAY.

i've been charged $100. never received

I got scammed and wasnot even aware of the $149 charge on my debit card till i realized i was low on money. They took th e$1.95 immediately and on day three the second charge hit. However it wasnot a charge but a debit. I contacted my bank and they said i really didnot have much recourse since it was debit. I returned the package and called again and asked what costs so much. I was told it wa literature etc and was  a one time fee. I returned the package upopened and after much dispute managed to get $75 returned to my account. I am out that money but I will never use my bank card again for any such sale. Use a credit card as you can dispute the charges.

This is a scam.  They try to sell diet pills and then charge your credit card 500.00.  I saw the advertisement on FB.  I will never do this ever again.

I took advantage of the 1.99 special this weekend and I found a debit to my charge card of 299.00 each.  They charged me 2 invoices of 299.00 each.  I called was put on hold for about 15 minutes and the girl I talked to was rude but said it was cancelled because I called with-in 3 business days. I did report this to my bank and plan to report this to the attorney general.

the same happened to me and i went on the teeth brilliant website looking for a way to refund  is there anyway i can cancel the order, its only been 4 days and they have already taken £64 as that all i have in my account, i really need to cancel it so i can get the money back

Sounds like the Viv3 Labs scam is back in business under new names (Clean Life Nutrition, Better Heatlh, Acai Get Slim Package, Teethbrilliant) with the usual acai pills and teeth whitening scams.

The same has happened to me - two charges - did you ever get through on that line?

....call the number and let it ring...eventually you'll get through to cancel. Apparently, the sample we received was just the beginning because by ordering that you signed up (as I did) for a year long membership to their site and 2 charges to your credit card!  First and last time.  If it's too good to be true, IT IS!

Beware there are lots of acai berry scammers on the net as describe by the FTC here http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2010/08/acaicolon.shtm where victims have also had great difficulty to remove bogus charges. Beware you may have agreed in the fine print to recurrent monthly charges on your card so you need to cancel these charges. If the marketer does not respond, then you can ask your card issuer to cancel your card because it's now a scam and to issue you with a new card. You must take action; your case for fraud weakens the longer you wait.

i 2 got taken, applied for the free bottle paying postage so I thought this month i was charged 99.95 oh my credit card, after a lengthly wait to get through was told it was in the contract to cancle with in 3 days was onwere of this condition was told the only thing was she coudl credit me 99.95 for some group called either livestyle .com of lifestyle does anyone know of this site???

I was trying to figure out why I was being charged $99 2 months in a row, so I found the invoice I printed when I ordered. The phone # on this invoice is 180-061-4073. I did receive product which I am using, but was not aware I would be charged $99 X2. This was probably in the fine print somewhere. It was for a 60 day supply, so $99 x2 months would be logical in this sort of thing (although way over-priced!).

Yup they got me to stay the hell away from them

I been charged over $200.00 on my credit card and obviously being unable to get thru the 1-888# believe this is a scam.

This number is being used by a group who is scamming the public with Acai berries - weight loss and cleansing.
