They called my brother's home and his wife called me said they left a message saying I had a civil complaint case against me. The person who left the message goes by, Mr. Hill. When I did my own investigation looking up the phone number it appeared as a VOIP/LandLine. what an idiot!!! Can't wait for tomorrow, I intend to call him back, lets see which one of us has a problem after that!!

So they put this on your credit?  If so, dispute it and report them to the federal Trade Commission. They didn't even ask any person information so Im not sure what their purpose is other than to harrass people.  they need to be reported to the FTC so they can be shut down. The more people that complain, the better.

They called me today about debts I do not owe and said they were taking me to court. Called me at my place of work. Not sure how they even got this number. Even called the main number and left a message. I work at a bank so that was a pretty dumb move considering can find out who to file a fraud complaint with. The guy sounded very immature and was raising his voice at me. Don't give them any info!

This is fraud. I received this call and immediately knew they were scammers. I checked my credit and lo and behold there was a credit check from Platinum partners and associates with phone number 562-239-4457. I've never had a delinquency . And my credit is good. I know these two are related. I'm not sure how they expect to get money out of people. But they have all of my information which scares me.

The message I recieved from them was "hi, this is so and so, this message is for "you" at "address" "Ssn" we have legal documents that are to be served. They require signature. Please call to reschedule delivery.

Im pretty sure you don't make appointments to be served.  I just won't pay any attention to them. The only unfortunate thing is that thy appear on my credit report. And the only way to remove it is to write a letter to experian with a ton of over info. Such a hassle.

This just happened to me yesterday. A "man" named Shawn Daily called me a liar, said that they are going to take me to court and possibly thrown in jail for a credit card I never even accepted. Apparently it came to me in the mail and because I didn't decline the card in writing it implied acceptance. I had called and said I did NOT want the card. It came with a $300 credit limit and on that $250 in fees already in place....so $50 in available credit and a ridiculous interest rate. Of course I declined the card! I told him I'm on disability and even if they did take me to court no judge in their right mind is going to issue a judgement in their favor. When I asked for his name again he hung up on me. My sister emailed me today and stated that he has been calling their home in the next state over looking for me....even after he spoke to me in the afternoon. The best part....the card was issued in 2006 so it's about to roll off.

Called to state I have an old credit card debt which I know nothing about. When I asked for an address to write them they refused and promptly hung up but not before threatening to take me to court.
