Richard Helms left me a voice message on my cell phone; "It is imperative I call him back, I am eligible for the Debt Reduction Program..." I experienced a very pushy and evasive rep who would not give me their name. When I asked to be removed from their call list, the line dropped.

I keep getting messages every day from Richard Helms (used to be some other names which no longer call) from Transcom Data Corp. saying I'm eligible for the debt reduction program and the credit card balances that keep going up. They say it's imperative that I call them back. I'm BEYOND ANNOYED with these calls, as I must've gotten a couple hundred over the past several months or longer. Please let me know how to go about removing myself from this call list or blocking the number.
Thank you,
Angela P.

Every day or at least every other i have messages on my answer machine. I hate listening to these with people around. It sounds like i'm a deadbeat. I wonder if this could be pursued as a class action suit for harrasment.

The answer machine is set to answer but is on audible. The incoming phone message is garbled as to the company name when they call early morning, holidays, Saturdays, Sundays. Then when the "debt reduction" part of the message comes that is clear and loud. The company name does sound like "con" and that is probably what the whole thing is really about--a con you out of money deal. The "it is imperative you call me" message part that is loud and clear. This is some kind of scam. It is harassment calling all the time. If no one calls them back after a few tries, they don't need to revert to harassing call times. They will be reported. Just have to figure out the who, where, why, and what about the complaint.

I have received numerous calls from a man called Richard Helm - when calling back I got nothing but the run around - no real information given to try to help with Debt Reductions - hung up on then after telling them to never call again

I received the same call (see previous post). I would suggest filing a complaint with the FTC: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
Good Luck!

Richard Helms of stated it was imperative I return their call to assist with credit card consolidations and debt reductions. He called my teen agers cell phoine during school who doesn't have any credit cards.
They now state themselves as Morgan Drexen Group.

Richard Helms or Chris St James. Caller stated it was imperative I return their call to assist with credit card consolidations and debt reductions. Company name provided was "Trans Con Data Corp" although they answer as Broadcom. Have tried several times to be added to their do not call list. When I ask to speak with a manager, connection is dropped.
